1. Project Overview
The goal of this project is to develop an AI-powered telesales agent with a human-like voice
that can call IT system integrator companies, introduce ACSC’s services, and schedule an
introductory meeting with potential customers.
3. Functional Requirements
• It should recognize common phrases such as “I’m busy” or “Can you call later?” and
respond accordingly.

• AI should request a suitable date and time from the customer.
• AI should confirm the time slot and send a meeting invitation via email or calendar
integration.
