Symptom
The CT-e Technical Note 2015.001 contains new validation rules and schema changes and will be applied in Homologation: 01/05/2015
and Production: 01/06/2015. Schema Changes are

l Changed regular expressions for tags xNome, xFant, xBairro, xLgr, xMun, xPais from 1 – 60 to 2 – 60;
l Changed regular expressions for tag nroItem in the CC-e event (accept from 1 to 99);
l Tag forPag is optional now, the idea is to not use this field anymore since the plan is to remove this field in the future;
l Removed optional group of delivery and collect place (dest\locEnt) (rem\locColeta);
l Changed regular expression of tags qtdRat in the groups Cargo Unit and Transport Unit from 3,2 to 3,3 (3 integers e 3 decimals);
l Changed regular expression of tag unidRat of modal Waterway from 3,2 to 3,3 (integers e 3 decimals).

Reason and Prerequisites


Requirement as described in Nota Tecnica 2015.001.

Since it is not possible to ship ESR content via notes, the interfaces in ESR are not changed. The messages that are send to SEFAZ are still
correct since the XML content is not changed by PI anyway.
For having the correct ESR content, we recommend to implement SP 21 as soon as possible.

Solution
VERY IMPORTANT: All notes listed in note 1397878 have to be implemented BEFORE implementing this note !!!
Afterwards, please implement the correction instructions.

Caution: You have to perform this manual pre-implementation step manually and separately in each
system b e f o r e you import the Note to implement.
You have to perform this manual activity separately in each system into which you transport the Note
for implementation.

The necessary prerequisite SAP Notes listet in SAP Note 1397878 have to be implemented BEFORE
implementing this SAP Note !!!

Those notes have to be implemented for the relevant releases before any note containing proxy
objects is implemented. If the note contains objects of type WEBI, please also consider note
1318883: For WEBI objects to be activated, some authorisation objects may be necessary.

Update the XML validation rules:

l Download the attachments to a local folder.

l Create a report ZCTE_XML_VALIDATION_CHANGE. Copy the coding for the report from the attachment
ZCTE_XML_VALIDATION_CHANGE.txt. The report will insert the new content in table /XNFE/CTEVALID.

l Execute the report ZCTE_XML_VALIDATION_CHANGE with the downloaded file CTEVALID_NT2015-001.txt


as input parameter P_CTEVAL.

Afterwards please verify with transaction SE16 or SM30 that the database table is filled correctly.

If you want to transport the new table entries please use transaction SE09 to create a transport
entry with the following contents:

Changes related to the backend interface:
Use transaction SE11 to change the following objects:

l Domain /XNFE/CTE_UNIT:

¡ change 'No. Characters' from 5 to 6

¡ change 'Decimal Places' from 2 to 3

l Data type /XNFE/CTE_QTDRA

¡ Change 'Length' from 5 to 6

¡ Change 'Decimal Places' from 2 to 3.

Don't forget to save and activate your changes.
