Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to express my strong interest applying for the Transilvania Academica Scholarship.
My strong academic record, alongside my genuine passion for furthering my Computer Science
career here please fill in with specific details from your experience or goals will be a perfect fit to
the amazing program at your university. My higher education includes a bachelor of Science in
Computer Science from Arusha Technical College, where I graduated with honors in my class.
My undergraduate program has given me a great background in Data Mining, software
development, algorithms and data structures, Computer Networks, Security which I have utilized
in multiple projects and internship.

My main aim of applying for a for the Transilvania Academica Scholarship Programme to do a
Master of Science in Cyber Security is to gain in-depth knowledge and expertise in Computer
Science. To complete this aim, I will seek:

i. Developing my curiosity skills to study and analyze problems concerning IT field and
technology, ask an important question, and come up with long-term solutions.
ii. Improve my knowledge and expertise of Computer Science for the development of
computing and technology where I will be able to develop strong insight and draw
conclusion based on the given data.
iii. Improve my skills in the execution of projects, making sure that the project is well designed
and well documented from the statement of the design to the finishing.

Since I need to gain in-depth knowledge, expertise, and strong foundation in problem-solving
techniques for complex real-world issues in IT field. I want to study in Romania because is home
of the most prestigious universities in the world and Professors that teach at your place, and I
knows that degree at your university means something so it will open doors to interesting place
once I earn it. It has been a personal goal to study this Masters course at this prestigious university
and to learn from the best of the intellectuals. The proposed study will greatly advance my career
to advanced level, enhancing employment prospects and opening up new job opportunities, it will
assist me in obtaining a high-quality education through training and hands-on experience,
expanding my expertise in Cyber Security.

Pursuing my keen interest in Cyber Security over the years has enabled me to develop keen logical
and reasoning skills. By studying in your master’s program and possibly working for a short period
of time in Romania, I expect to have the expertise in Computer Science engineering.

My personal background has significantly influenced my aspiration to effectuate a positive change


in my home country. I am genuinely enthusiastic about the Scholarship and your mission. I am
well-versed in the latest IT technology like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning,
Sustainable Technology and I am expert in using various programming language like Python,
Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Java.

My career plans in the 5 years following the award are to use my new qualifications to search for
a job that commensurate with my master’s degree course and experience. Therefore, my long-term
career plan is to establish a software development company and follow my PhD in the field of
Computer Science.

Thank you for considering my application. I am confident that my background, combined with my
passion for Computer Science, makes me a strong candidate for this scholarship. I look forward
to the possibility of contributing to and growing within the Sirindhorn International Institute of
Technology community. I hope that my dream of studying here comes true and I can take forward
the legacy of the institution.
