This is a list of contractors who have met the city’s bonding and insurance requirements for the tapping of public water mains and the
installation of water meters. Contractors must appear on this list to provide these services case by case. The contractual relationship,
if any, between the owner and the owner’s contractor shall not impose any burden on the City of Houston with respect to payments due,
the contractor or contractor’s obligations to owners. The City of Houston shall be and is hereby released and relieved from all liability
from damages occasioned by maintaining the list of contractors. This list is maintained by the City of Houston Department of Houston
Public Works, Taps and Meters, for the convenience of the public.
