30 NEWS PRESENTER 2 : Near the front lines of the conflict in the East as well as in the central and western
31 regions of Ukraine, Russia fired its most recent volley of hyper-sonic and cruise
32 missiles at Ukrainian targets early on Monday. According to authorities, there were
33 report of at least 30 injuries and 4 civilian deaths. Western officials and experts have
34 cautioned that Russia was hording cruise missiles in anticipation of a winter
35 bombardment tactic, when inclement weather leaves the 1,500 kilometer front line
36 mostly immobile during 22 months of fighting. They claim that in contrast to last
37 winter when the Russian military attacked Ukraine’s electricity system, Russia is
38 currently focusing in Kyiv’s defence sector. However, civilian ares have been routinely
