Position : CC/CM (Configuration Management Officer)


Working location : HN (F-Ville3), HCM (F-Town3)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor system health, record system status, and report issue/ incident to leader.
- Install, configure, and manage network systems, servers, and operating systems
(Windows, Linux).
- Manage, backup and recovery data according to process.
- Provide technical support for system and network issues to relevant departments
on SLAs.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance of
project IT infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS
- College graduated or higher with IT background.
- Basic knowledge of data management and operations.
- Proficiency in server administration (OS: Windows, Linux).
- Experience with network administration, including internal network operation and
management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- CCNA certification and data-related certifications (plus point)
- TOEIC >=500 (plus point)
- Good in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies independently and stay updated with IT
trending.
