Dear Tsungirriayi Chiwaka,

We are very pleased to offer you employment with Concentrix Technologies Services (Canada) Limited, a
Concentrix company (“Concentrix” or “Company”). In the event that you decide to accept our offer, the
following terms and conditions will apply:

Effective Date

Contingent upon your signing this offer letter, effective 20-May-2021 Concentrix agrees to employ you in
the position of Advisor I, Customer Service on a Full time basis. During your tenure with Concentrix, your
position with the Company may change; however, the terms of this employment contract and all related
schedules will continue to apply unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Start Date: Thursday May 20th, 2021

May 20th and 21st – System set up and NHO

Training begins on Tuesday May 25th, 2021


9:00AM-5:30PM ET Monday - Friday (Saturday and Sunday OFF)

2 weeks of Training (May 25th – June 7th) – OFF Mon May 24th (Stat) 2 weeks of Transition (Starting
June 8th)

Production begins week of June 20th, 2021


You will be provided either Band #1 or #2 for your production hours – additional bands could be added.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 8am-8pm EST, Saturdays 9am-5:30pm EST, Sundays OFF (OFF PEAK) Monday -
Friday 8am-10pm EST, Saturday 9am-8pm EST, Sundays 12-8 (PEAK SEASON)

Please note that the training provided is progressive and that you must successfully complete training.
Absenteeism during training impedes your success and may result in a review of your continued
employment. Any requests for time off would need to be reviewed and approved by your manager.

Terms of Employment
Your responsibilities will be discussed with you at or before your start date. Concentrix Technologies
Services (Canada) Limited reserves the right to change your position title, work location or job duties and
responsibilities in response to business requirements. Any such changes shall not be deemed to be a
constructive or actual dismissal.

Compensation

Your base rate of pay will be $19.25 CAD hourly, less all required tax withholdings, statutory and other
required or authorized deductions. It is understood that over time, your rate of pay may change. Any such
changes in compensation shall not render this contract unenforceable.

Any overtime payments shall be in accordance with the policies of Concentrix . Please review these
policies carefully.

Hours of Work

You understand that Concentrix is a seven (7) day per week, 24 hour per day operation. You will be
assigned a work schedule, which reflects this continuous nature of Concentrix ’s operations. This
schedule may be changed at any time in response to business needs and in accordance with Concentrix
policy. You are required to remain flexible with respect to your hours of work. Any change in hours of work
shall not be deemed to be a constructive or actual dismissal.

Vacation

Vacation policy will be discussed with you during orientation. The approval of vacations is dependent
upon availability, time requested, and scheduling requirements.

Benefits

Your compensation package also includes eligibility to participate in a number of company sponsored
benefits, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods.

Background Checks

This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a Criminal Records Check. It is a condition of
continued employment that you provide Concentrix with the information and documentation required for
us to obtain a Criminal Records abstract, no later than 5:00 PM on the first day of employment. All
employment decisions made in conjunction with the criminal records check are made at the discretion of
the Company. Concentrix will make the decision on your suitability for employment with the interests of
our employees and our customers in mind. Should your employment begin before the Criminal Records
Check is complete, Concentrix retains the right to terminate your employment if you are deemed

Acceptance

Please read the terms and conditions set out in the letter, and the below Schedules and Addendum,
carefully. If you have any questions concerning the terms of your employment with Concentrix, please do
not hesitate to discuss them with us. In addition, please feel free to seek independent legal advice
concerning the contract.
If you would like to accept our offer, upon the terms and conditions set out in this letter and the attached
Schedule A, Schedule B and Addendum, you may do so by signing the bottom of this letter and returning
it to your recruiter within three business days. By signing this letter, you agree that this letter, which
expressly incorporates Schedules A, B and Addendum, constitutes the full and complete agreement
between you and Concentrix.

I accept this offer of employment with Concentrix upon the terms and conditions set out in this letter, and
the below Schedules.

D. Security Measures

1. I understand that Concentrix has contractual and legal obligations to implement security measures to
ensure that communications and technology systems (“IT Systems”), and personal and confidential
information on IT Systems, are only accessed and used by Concentrix staff who are granted access to
the IT Systems for purposes of providing call center services requested by clients.

2. I further understand that in the case of staff who provide services from Concentrix sites, Concentrix
uses physical security measures, including employee ID cards and visual monitoring, to confirm and
ensure that IT Systems are only accessed and used by Concentrix staff who have been granted access to
the IT Systems by Concentrix.

3. Moreover, I understand that in the case of staff who provide call center services from a personal
residence (“ Home Agents”), Concentrix cannot use physical security measures used at Concentrix’s
sites to confirm and ensure that an individual accessing and using IT Systems is the Home Agent who
was granted access to the IT Systems. Concentrix uses certain different security measures for a Home
Agent working from his or her personal residence to confirm that the individual accessing and using IT
Systems is the Home Agent who was granted access to the IT Systems.

4. Therefore, I hereby consent as follows:

• I consent to the use of voice recognition technology that collects, retains and analyzes my verbal
statements (biometric data) when I log on to IT Systems for the purpose of confirming and ensuring that I
am the individual accessing IT Systems (“Voice Recognition”); and

• I consent to the use of cameras and facial recognition technology that will collect, retain and analyze
images of my face (biometric data) while I am using IT Systems for the purpose of confirming and
ensuring that I am the individual using the IT Systems (“Facial Recognition”).
Concentrix may in its sole discretion implement Voice Recognition and subsequently substitute Facial
Recognition or implement Facial Recognition and subsequently substitute Voice Recognition.

5. Concentrix acknowledges and agrees that that your biometric data collected, retained and used for
Voice Recognition and Facial Recognition are confidential information and Concentrix maintains physical,
administrative and technical safeguards necessary to comply with applicable law and to protect the
confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of your biometric data. Concentrix will ensure that your
biometric data whether stored (i.e., data at rest) or transmitted (i.e., data in motion) over the public
internet are encrypted using valid encryption processes. Concentrix will only retain your biometric data for
so long as you are providing services as a Home Agent for Concentrix, or for any longer period of time
required under applicable law and, when there is no longer a valid reason to retain your biometric data,
Concentrix will promptly and securely erase or destroy your biometric data collected, retained or used for
purposes of Voice Recognition and/or Facial Recognition (e.g., shredded in the case of hard copy
materials and, in the case of electronic files, deleted and overwritten to a level sufficient to ensure the
numbers cannot be retrieved or reconstructed).
