Author Agreement and Copyright Transfer Form

Author Agreements should be submitted if/when a paper is accepted for publication. Each author must sign an
individual copyright agreement (Author Agreement) form after reading the Explanatory Notes below. Signatures of all
authors may appear on one form or be sent on individual forms. Each form must list the names of all authors of the
paper under the title of the paper at the top of the form, and must reflect the order given in the paper. This enables us
to ensure copyright protection against infringement, and to disseminate your article, and our journals, as widely as
possible.

and not down loaded images from internet resources. All the co-authors have contributed to the work and the consent
of all the authors of this paper has been obtained for submitting the paper to the Journal. We understand that the
Corresponding Author is the sole contact for the Editorial process. He/she is responsible for communicating with the
other authors about progress, submissions of revisions and final approval of proofs.
The Editor of the Journals and Discovery Scientific Society are empowered to make such editorial changes as may
be necessary to make the Article suitable for publication. Every effort will be made to consult the Author if substantive
changes are required. The Author warrants that the Article contains no libellous or unlawful statements and that it in
no way infringes the rights of others, and that the Author, as the owner of the copyright, is entitled to make this
assignment. The copyright transfer covers the sole right to store, reproduce, publish, disseminate, and sell throughout
the world, the said Contribution and parts thereof, as well as its translations in any foreign languages, in all forms and
media of expression – such as in its electronic form (offline, online) – now known or developed in the future.
Discovery Scientific Society, as publisher, reserves the right to refuse to publish your Article where its publication
creates legal liability, or where circumstances come to light that were not known to the Editor, including prior
publication, conflict of interest, manifest error etc. Discovery Scientific Society is the ultimate custodian of academic
quality and integrity, and will ensure that this will be done only in exceptional circumstances and on reasonable
grounds. In such circumstances the Article will be returned to the Author together with all rights in it. All authors are
solely responsible for any kind of unlawful activities in article submission, processing and publication. Authors don’t
have the rights to withdraw the article after the publication. Editor only take the final decision. This assignment will
enable Discovery Scientific Society to ensure that the Article will reach the optimum readership. If the author wishes
to withdraw the article after the acceptance mail or once we start to process the article or before the publication,
authors are solely responsible for the preparation of the article. Discovery Scientific Society will not issue refunds of
any kind. It’s mandatory
