Counselling Process
Note : ( Rank holders up to 1,00,000 rank are
eligible for counselling in VIT Vellore,Chennai,
VIT-AP and VIT Bhopal )

Note : ( Rank holders above 1,00,000 rank are eligible


for counselling ONLY VIT-AP and VIT Bhopal )

8/9 July

Counselling will be
conducted in 5 Phases
Payment of counselling fee : In the first step, the candidates will
have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of ---- in the
counselling portal. The payment has to be done before the due
date specified for each phase of counselling.
Note : The Counselling fee will be non refundable & will be
adjusted in the tuition fees once the candidate joins the Institute.

Choice filling : Next, the candidates will have to fill in their


choice of course and campus in online mode. The choice
filling has to be done in the order of preference. Candidates
are advised to fill in more than 25 choices to get an allotment.
