chair, Stretcher kept are labelled and easy to access Signages are kept in an order (e.g. Ward Names > Scope of Practice > Patient Right and Responsibilities) High Standard of Cleaning of Cupboards, Trays, and Work Table are employed daily. Daily Working Status of Patient care equipments, Availability SHINE
& Integrity of Stocks are checked daily as per SOP
Regular cleaning of Posters, Fixtures, fans, tubes, and inspection of electrical fixtures are done ATTRIBUTES
