NARRATIVE REPORT AND FINANCIAL REPORT
1.Our Siomai’t Palamig Business started this week as part of culminating activity. We sell siomai
with dipping sauces and refreshing drinks. Its objectives is to apply business and marketing
strategies in real-life setting. To develop teamwork and cooperation among members.to generate
profit while maintaining quality service and products. Also, to asses customer feedback for
continuous improvement
2.The operation of Siomai’t Palamig for week is started at February 24, 2025 and end in
February 27,2025. We bought fresh ingredients and prepared siomai and drinks. We took orders,
and served customers properly. We also recorded daily sales and expenses to check our income
and cost.
3. The target market of the business are the students and teachers in España National High
School.
4. The product sold during the February 24 to February 27, 2025 operations are the siomai (1pcs
for Php 5.00) and palamig (1pcs for Php 5.00).
5. Our first week was a success despite challenges. We learned how to run a small business and
serve customer well. As a result of our business operation, the products were all sold and
generated profit.
