To develop an problem statement on Scholarship Management System.

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

A Scholarship Management System involves key factors for students who apply for
scholarships and track their application status. Scholarship administrators manage applications,
verify documents, and oversee the selection process. Evaluators access applications based on
eligibility criteria and financial records. Financial officers handle funds and maintain financial
records .The System Administrator ensures security, user management, and system
maintenance. The system should also enable administrators to review applications, maintain
the system, and generate reports. Email and SMS alerts notify students about application
updates. If any confidential document is edited, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile
number for verification before proceeding The system should include a progress bar that
provides a step-by-step progress indicator for applicants.

A Scholarship Management System makes the scholarship process easier for students,
administrators, and financial officers. It helps students apply, track their applications, and
receive updates through email and SMS. Administrators can review applications, verify
documents, and manage funds.

RESULT:
Thus, the scholarship Management System developed successfully.
