Difference Between Solution, Colloid, Suspension

The document explains the differences between solutions, colloids, and suspensions based on particle size and homogeneity. Solutions have particles smaller than 10^-7 cm and are homogeneous, while colloids have particle sizes between 10^-7 and 10^-5 cm and are heterogeneous. Suspensions have particles larger than 10^-5 cm and also exhibit heterogeneous characteristics, with components eventually settling if left to sit.
