• Working Days - 6 days a week (Full Time) / 7 days a week (Part Time)

Job Description:
As an Associate Quality Assurance professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and
reliability of our services. You will work closely with our teams to identify issues and improve processes,
ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize excellent communication and typing skills to document findings and communicate
effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Apply strong observation and judgment skills to identify issues and areas for improvement in our
services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of quality assurance
processes.
• Participate in regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of models UI/UX to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, Use case
• Perform usability testing and gather user feedback
• Ensure that the Model meets accessibility standards and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Document and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Familiar with terms used in website / App testing related to UI / UX

Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient typing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.
• Keen observational skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
