1. Master calendar
setup a master calendar to hold future events/notes
that’s it!
there’s 6,758 ways to do this but below is my sample setup

2. GOALS
pick 1-3 main goals to focus on for the next 6-12 months
divides the timeline into 4 parts to have 3 check in periods
update and revise goals for each check in period

3. Monthly Setup
Left: habit tracker + gratitude log
Right:
Monthly goals - 3 smaller steps to quarterly goals
Reflection questions
what excites me?
what drains me?
what did i learn?
what did i do to move forward?
Thoughts - filled in during the month
Wild Card Box - whatever suits the monthly vibe

4. Brain Dump Matrix
List all of the To Dos you want to do this month and think
you have to do
Go to previous month and carry over, recategorize, or
eliminate remaining To Dos
Sort them into each category:
10x: tasks that work on the monthly goal
2x: maintenance tasks that are part of “life”
Urgent: have deadlines or immediate negative
consequences if not done
Not Urgent: no deadline, with no “real” consequence if not
done

5. Monthly Calendar
Setup a basic calendar that gives a full overview of the month
Refer to master calendar and carry over all events/notes
Use like a regular calendar
Use to accomplish “daily highlights”
1-3 things from brain dump matrix that can realistically
be done outside of working hours
Use to pre plan activities for daily setup

6. Daily Setup
Divide a page in half - this can cover two days
Refer to monthly calendar and list tasks/events for the day
Refer to the brain dump matrix and add any other tasks that
you realistically have the time and energy for. (if it’s none,
that’s ok!)
plan out your day and include:
start time
breaks
end time
cross off/carry over To Dos
update schedule to reflect actual happenings
log off for the day with 3 wins!
