 NDT INCHARGE (Sr. Quality Engineer)
 Responsible for preparing Procedure, Technique sheet , Review of standards & other NDT
documents as per customer specification and International Standards.
 Preparing training documents for person working in stations,administration of traning &
certification of NDT personnel as per Company written practice.
 Responsible for smooth functioning, calibration, annual maintenance of NDT system and
equipment's ,review & maintaining documents for same.
 Ensuring product quality meets with requirements.
 Responsible for coordinating with third party inspection agency & carry out inspection as
per requirements.
 Responsible for successfully demonstration of NDT stations in API,API 2B and ISO audits of
the plant and also in demonstration for approval of prestigious clients like IOCL,GAIL & EIL.
 Utilizing the optimum manpower to get maximum production.
 NDT inspection on SAWL,CSAW ,SAWH and Stainless steel pipes ,UT, MPI , DPT & Visual
inspection on SAWL ,CSAW, SAWH pipes.
 Achievements:
 Responsible for successfully demonstration of all NDT stations and completed SAUDI
ARAMCO audit with out any observation.
 Responsible for successfully completed the commissioning of Automatic ultrasonic testing
machine of RD Tech (Olympus) & EECI,Real Time Radiography of YXLON.
 Responsible for successfully completed OIS MIDDLE EAST TRADING LLC Demo &
Project(Applicable standard IOGP S-616 VERSION 1.0 DATED JAN 2019).
 Responsible for successfully completed GLAVBOLGARSTROY AD Project(BULGARIA-
SERBIA GAS INTER CONNECTOR PROJECT).
 Responsible for successfully completed IHB Limited Project( Kandla- Gorakhpur LPG
Pipeline project) .
