Managing full life cycle recruiting methodology including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, pre-

debriefs, salary/hourly pay rate negotiation, closing the candidate, processing on boarding/new hire
paperwork, expediting background check and setting up first day orientation.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting consultants for Contract, Contract to hire and Full Time or Permanent positions.
Managing complete recruitment process from requisition initiation to final acceptance of offer.
Screening candidates on phone to evaluate technical/ interest fitment for the given position and
submitting qualified profiles to the panelist within prescribed timelines for further evaluation.
Scheduling candidates for face to face/ telephonic interview events; establishing close contact with
candidates to ensure participation in interview events
