A SCHOOL DAY

My name is Daniel. I’m seven years old. My birthday is in the


nineth month and the fourth day. I have got one sister. Her
name is Ann. She is three years old. I am in the first class. My
school is in New York. There are twenty two students in my
class. I’m going to school by school bus.

Today is Thursday. My first lesson is Maths. We are counting


the numbers, one – two – three. My second lesson is Turkish.
We are writing the letters, a – b – c. My third lesson is Gym. We
are playing volleyball, basketball and football. My fourth lesson
is Art. We are drawing and coloring pictures. My fifth lesson is
English. We are learning the words, table – desk – blackboard –
door – bin – map – chair – book – pencil – pencilbox – ruler –
rubber. My sixth lesson is Social Studies. We are looking a
globe and finding the countries, England, Germany, France and
Italy. My seventh lesson is Music. We are singing songs, Jingle
Bells and Twinkle Little Star.

This is my Thursday. Tomorrow is Friday. Friday is the last


school day of the week. Saturday and Sunday are holiday.
They are on the weekend.
