I am directed to state that the 1-:lcclion Commission of India. a fter having

considered your application dated 28.03.2013 for registration or" National Sarvasamaj
Party " as a political party and the documents produced in support of the
statcmcnts/avermcnts made/contained in the said application and the submissions made
by authorized rcprcscntativc(s) of the party before the Commission on 09.09.2013 in
r1.:sp1.:ct of the said application and having noted that no objection has been filed by
anyo ne lo the registration of the Party under the said name in . response to the Public
No tice published by the applicant in the newspapers. ha~ registered the "National
Sarnisamaj Party " as a political party under Section 29A of the Representation or the
People Act. 195 I on and with effect from 06.12.2013.
2. As provided in sub-Section (9) or Section 29A of Lhc Rcprcsentalion of
the l'eoph· /\ct. 1951. the party shall communicate to the Commission without del ay any
d 1angc in its name, head office, office-bearers, address or in an y other material mailers.
The communication or such changes shall be accompanied by the following :
(i) An authenticated copy of the resolution passed by the competent hody
prescribed in the party constitution and the full proceedings of the meeting at
which the decision or such changes is taken .
(ii) Names of the office-bearers aucnding the said meeting.

(ii i) t\n attested copy or the extract or allcndancc register bearing signature or
participating members in the said meeting.
