The Landscape and Nature Conservation Audit should be reviewed every year by the farmer and every 5 years with a
specialist advisor.

Key habitats:
(e.g. ponds, field boundaries)

Key species:
(e.g. birds, plants, pollinators)

Structural features:
(e.g. buildings, archaeological or historical sites)

Linear features:
(e.g. boundaries, fence lines, footpaths)

Semi-natural habitats:
(e.g. moorland, wetlands, species-rich grassland)

Grazing areas:
(e.g. grassland type, area of grassland)

Protected and/or high conservation area:


(e.g. Areas of Natural Beauty (AONB))

Other land on which important species are found:


(e.g, woodland, wildflower meadows)
