SYNC 5

“Sync 5”, is a music ensemble formed by 5 young Hong Kong musicians from the 00
generations. Members include Steffi Leung (Chromatic Harmonica), Benjamin Tong (Erhu),
David Tong (Melodica/ Recorder), Eddie Kung (Zhongruan), and Erica Wong (Cello). Our
name in Chinese stands for “Our Voices”, and it has a similar pronunciation to “Five”. “Sync
5” focuses on performing new original music, arrangement of musical classics, and
multimedia works. We hope to provide a space for people to experience, enjoy, and reflect.
Recently, we presented our debut concert - “Liminality” featuring solo works and original
ensemble music.

We think. We change. We SYNC.
