Greetings of the day!
Our mission is to ensure that each child develops a set of skills, interests, positive attitude and high motivation.
The school helps the students to explore the inner-self continually for reinforcing the strengths and overcoming
the weaknesses. It aims at acquiring a sound knowledge base in scholastic and co-scholastic areas, analysing,
evaluating and applying the acquired wisdom in handling daily life situations confidently.
Important points for you to note:

 Regularity and punctuality in school should be the priority of every student. Remember that every day of the
school is important and new, so discourage him/her from absenteeism.
 PLEASE ENSURE that you have purchased the books and notebooks as per the list recommended. It is
MANDATORY to purchase the school almanac. NO student will be allowed to attend classes if s/he comes to
school without the books and notebooks as per time table from 7th April 2025 (Monday).
 Please fill in the school Almanac for PERSONAL MEMORANDA, IMPORTANT INFORMATION and
UNDERTAKINGS with all the necessary details. Any change of contact number or address must be updated
for sending messages and other relevant information and given to the respective Class Teacher by April 08,
2025.
 You must ensure that your ward carries all books and notebooks according to the time-table. Students
MUST carry the school almanac to school every day without fail.
 You are requested to check that your ward is neatly dressed to school.
 Kindly send an application in the morning in case you are desirous of taking your ward out during school hours.

 Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged. Parents are responsible to make up for the loss of
studies in case of leave taken. The school will expect these students to be at par with the class in every way and that
will have to be ensured by the parents.
 Missing out on Cycle/ Class Tests and Evaluations directly affects the promotion of the students to the next
class at the end of the academic session. Thus, being present for all the tests places the student on a safer pedestal
and decides a better position in class. Please take these Tests/Evaluations as seriously as any Mid Term and Annual
Examination for the betterment of your ward.
 Students availing the school transport facility are expected to maintain the best of decorum in the buses, failing
which an appropriate action, to the extent of withdrawing the transport facility of the student, will be taken.
 Please ensure that your child eats a healthy breakfast before coming to school. Encourage your child to drink plenty
of water at home. Abstain from oily and spicy food. Give them a lot of seasonal fruits.
 Please send a healthy tiffin for lunch break. Your ward will also have access to the school canteen during break time.
Please give a limited amount of pocket money to your ward for the canteen.
 Spoken English is stressed upon in school so that the child develops the habit of conversing in English without any
hesitation. There will be consequences for NOT speaking in ENGLISH in school. Students can communicate in
Hindi ONLY in Hindi periods.
 School dress code is to be followed religiously. Kindly ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform.
The following points also to be ensured regarding the uniform -
 Black shoes with regular uniform & white sports shoes with sports uniform.
 Sports uniform to be worn on the days there is a sports period only
 Belt is compulsory
 Girls - neat plaits, short nails, only black or red clips/ hairbands, no nail polish/extensions, no hair
colour, no tattoo of any kind, knee length skirts, no jewellery. Bloomers to be worn under skirts.
 Boys - proper hair cut, no bracelets, no ear piercings, and no caps. Red turban for Sikh boys.
 NO SMART WATCHES are allowed. It will be confiscated if worn by any student.
 Do not give a four-wheeler or a two-wheeler to your ward to come to school. Child’s safety is of paramount
importance.
 Parents of class IX-XII students can meet the teachers on designated PTM days as per school calendar or on
any other Saturday with prior appointment from the Coordinator.
 Please lend your support in matters of discipline and see that your child observes school rules as they are in their
best interest.
 Students of Grades IX & X are not allowed to carry any electronic gadgets like mobile phone, camera etc in the
school premises. A fine of Rs 500/- will be charged from the student for the first time and if it is repeated, it will be
confiscated by the school authorities once and all.
 Students of Grades XI & XII, WILL BE ALLOWED TO CARRY a phone ONLY if absolutely necessary and
after a letter of request is sent by parent/ guardian, addressed to the Coordinator. Mobile phones if allowed,
thereafter MUST be labelled with student name, class & section and deposited in the Coordinator’s office
and switched off before submission.
 In order to achieve the maximum results within the limited teaching time, all students are asked to respect the
common rules laid in class rooms, respect teachers and finish all homework/ assignments on time to attain highest
possible standards.
 Encourage students to actively participate in Co-scholastic activities such as sports, arts, and cultural events.
These activities are important for the overall development of students and help in building their confidence,
leadership, and teamwork skills. Ensure that they bring the required material to school and finish their work on time.
By promoting a balance between academics and co-scholastic activities, students will develop into well-rounded
individuals who are confident, disciplined, and skilled in many areas of life.
 Students indulging in any form of violent or destructive activities such as damaging or destroying school
property, use of inappropriate language etc. will face disciplinary action as decided by the school authorities.
 A student found co-operating or indulging in any act of violence committed by other students which harms
any student physically or mentally would also face disciplinary action including expulsion.
 The students should not litter the school premises with wrappers, papers or polythene bags.
 Bullying, use of abusive and foul language, rowdy or violent behaviour in any form are punishable offences.
 We are the fellow travellers. Please have a positive attitude towards the school and share your child’s strengths and
weaknesses and all the little differences that make your child unique. Your inputs about your child can help us to
develop him or her up to his/her best potential. We seek your valuable suggestions, co-operation and support to
bring out the best in all our children and make our school an excellent institution.
 Birthdays are always special. We would want children to feel special with our blessings and birthday song. They
are not allowed to come in casual clothes on their birthday. Though distribution of sweets to the students may be
done with only one student accompanying in the Senior building only.
 Non -vegetarian food is NOT allowed in school campus.
