Emcee: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 8th Commencement Exercises of Tongohin National High School, with the

I. Processional

 It is my honor to welcome the entrance of the graduating class of Batch 2024 – 2025 ushered by their parents or
guardians.

 Let us also welcome the Tongohin National High School faculty and staff, alongside our guests for today. We have…
Mrs. May Oriondo,

 Please observe silence and remain standing as we welcome and give our respect to the Entrance of Colors….

ENTRANCE OF COLORS

EMCEE: Ladies and Gentlemen, behold the entrance of colors.

II. Singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Opening Prayer/Doxology

Emcee: The 8th Commencement Exercises of Tongohin National High School is now in order. May I request everyone to
please all rise for the Invocation to be given by Princess Rocell Sta. Barbara which will then be followed by the Philippine
National Anthem to be conducted by Apple Kaye Crisostomo, CALABARZON which will be led by Janellah Erica Jauod,
Lalawigan ng Quezon through the conduct of Liezel Tunzon, and Mabuhay Ka Infanta to be orchestrated by Karen Bataller.

(Everyone sings the Philippine National Anthem and delivers the opening prayer and doxology.)

Emcee: Thank you, dear students.

IV. Welcome Address (Student with Highest Honors)

Emcee: Today is a celebration of pride as we witness our dear students reaping all the fruits of labor and determination.
These students are the true definition of vigor. With all the hurdles that came their way as students, being present on this
occasion remarks how strong they have been. Our dear students, parents, teachers, distinguished guests, ladies and
gentlemen, it is a pleasant morning to welcome you all to the 8th Commencement Exercises of Tongohin National High
School, with the theme "GENERATION OF UNITY: PARTNERS FOR THE NEW PHILIPPINES”.

Emcee: To formally welcome us to this momentous occasion, we are honored to hear it from our student, Ms. Samantha
Mae Garcia. Let us give her a round of applause.

(Student with high honors delivers the welcome address.)

Emcee: Thank you, Ms. Samantha, for your inspiring words and warm welcome. Your dedication and hard work have truly
set a shining example for all of us.

V. Presentation of the Candidates for Graduation


Emcee: Let us now proceed to the presentation of the candidates for graduation. May I call on the dynamic and versatile
Principal III of Tongohin National High School, our very own, Mr. Ramon M. Abracia to present the candidates who have
met all the requirements for graduation. Let’s give him a big round of applause.

(Principal presents the candidates.)

MR. RAMON M. ABRACIA: Mrs. Luzviminda, Infanta District’s Public Schools District Supervisor, BY THE VIRTUE OF
AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS PRINCIPAL III of TONGOHIN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, I HEREBY
PRESENT THE____ GRADUATING STUDENTS WHO SATISFACTORILY COMPLETED THE REQUIREMENTS
FOR GRADUATION SET BY THE INSTITUTION AND BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE
SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024.

Emcee: Thank you, Mrs. Luzviminda T. Buerano for your confirmation. This moment marks the official recognition of our
graduates' hard work and perseverance.

VIII. Distribution of Diploma

Emcee: At this juncture, let us honor our students in receiving their diplomas, which serve as another ticket to their next
destination.

Emcee: We will now begin the distribution of diplomas, marking the culmination of years of hard work and dedication. May I
request Mr.Ramon M. Abracia, and our distinguished guests to assist in awarding the diplomas to our graduates.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is now my honor to give the floor to our advisers to call on the graduates in their respective
sections.

(Graduates are called one by one to receive their diplomas.)

Emcee: Congratulations to all our graduates. Receiving your diploma is a testament to your commitment and effort, and we
are incredibly proud to each of you.

IX. Reading of the Messages

Emcee: At this time, we will hear the inspirational message from the Secretary of Department of Education,

Emcee: Thank you, ______________, for sharing the Secretary’s message. It serves as a valuable reminder of the
important role education plays in shaping our future. May our students carry this on their lives as they pursue their greatest
dreams.

Emcee: Thank you, ______________ for presenting our candidates. Your dedication and leadership have been
instrumental in guiding these students to this moment.

X. Keynote Message of Guest Speaker

Emcee: We are honored to have a distinguished guest with us today to deliver her message. May I call on Dr./Mrs. Marife
Jalotjot, to do the honor in introducing our guest speaker for today.

(Guest Speaker delivers the keynote message.)


Emcee: Thank you, Mrs. May Oriondo for your insightful and motivating message. Your words of wisdom and
encouragement will surely guide our graduates as they embark on their new journey. This time, to acknowledge the efforts
and the invaluable insights shared by Mrs. Oriondo, allow us to award this Certificate of Appreciation to be given by our
Principal III, Mr. Ramon M. Abracia and our Public Schools District Supervisor,Mrs. Luzviminda T. Buerano. Let me read the

XI. Distribution of Awards

Emcee: Having a diploma is truly remarkable in our lives. However, having more than that is undeniably a great pride. It is
now time to recognize our outstanding students who have excelled in various fields. The distribution of awards will be led by
Mrs. Oriondo, Mr. Ramon Abracia, Mrs. Luzviminda Buerano

Once more, may I call on the advisers to recognize the outstanding students of their section.

Emcee: Congratulations to our academic awardees. Your exceptional achievements highlight your determination and
perseverance. We are confident you will continue to excel in your future endeavors.

XII. Message (Student with Highest Honors)

Emcee: Let us now hear an inspiring message and words of gratitude from our student, Mr. Gabriel Sarmiento. Their
journey and achievements are a testament to our theme, "Filipino Youth: Building a Stronger Future for a New Philippines."

(Student with High Honors delivers their message.)

Emcee: Thank you, Mr. Sarmiento, for your heartfelt message. Your words truly resonate with the spirit of our theme and
inspire us all to contribute to building a stronger future.

XIII. Pledge of Loyalty

Emcee: At this point, the graduates will take their pledge, signifying their commitment to use their education to contribute to
a stronger Philippines. Leading the pledge is Mr. Jeffrey Sarmiento

(Lead Graduate leads the pledge of graduates.)

Emcee: Thank you, Mr. Sarmiento and to all our graduates for taking this pledge. It symbolizes your readiness to take on
the responsibilities and challenges ahead with integrity and dedication.

XIII. Graduation Song

Emcee: The batch 2024 graduates are all dreamers. They have been and will always root for growth and success. And this
graduation ceremony does not stop our students from fulfilling the desires of their hearts. Instead, this ceremony sets a
more burning passion toward victory. With this, let us hear our graduates sing their graduation song “Yesterday’s Dream”.

And of course, our graduates would have not reached this far, if not because of the people beside them. At this point, the
graduates would wish to take this opportunity to thank you, parents and guardians one way or another for your unending
support. Ladies and gentlemen, let us hear our graduates sing “MAPA”.

(Graduates perform the graduation song.)

Emcee: Thank you so much graduates. Your graduation song beautifully captures the essence of this milestone and the
journey ahead.

XIV. Closing Remarks

Emcee: To close our program, we will hear a message from Mrs. Evangeline R. Coros, Master Teacher II of Busdak
National High School, who will offer final words of encouragement and congratulations.

(Speaker delivers the closing message.)


Emcee: Thank you, Mrs. Coros, for your encouraging and heartfelt closing message.

Emcee: The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities await our graduates that will
further test their mettle as improving individuals. As they continue with their journey, may they look back to this stage in their
life with fondness and pride. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Janica S. Villamarzo, your master of ceremony and this
concludes the 8th Commencement Exercises of Tongohin National High School. Thank you for coming and congratulations
graduates.

XIII. RECESSIONAL (Administrators, Faculty and Graduates)

EMCEE: This ceremony has truly been noteworthy for everyone here. Graduation is indeed a time of finishing, of an ending,
however, it is also a time of celebration of achievement and most importantly a beginning for the new completers and
graduates.

Leading in line, Guests, DepEd officials, Administrators, Faculty, Parents and completers and graduates.

To our TNHS completers and graduates, CONGRATULATIONS! Do not rest on your laurels, but rather continue your
pursuit of excellence and take part in transforming society where we live.

To our honored parents and guests who have shared with us the joys and blessings of today, thank you and God bless!
