DEMAND LETTER FOR RECRUITMENT OF PLANTATION WORKERS FROM


NEPAL/INDIA/ PAKISTAN/ SRI LANKA

We hereby appoint your company to recruit Nepal, India, Pakistan, and Sri
Lanka foreign workers for employment with our company and to liaise with
all relevant authorities concerning the recruitment.

Our recruitment terms and conditions are as follows:


01. Number of workers : 100 workers
02. Gender : Male/Female
03. Job Category : Housekeeper
04. Quantity/Area of the project : 03 to 05 Star Hotels
05. Age limit : 18 – 40 years old
06. Weight : 60 – 95 kg
07. Vision : 6/6 and no color blind
08. Contract Period : 3 years
09. Basic Salary : RM 1900.00 (10 hours per day & 26 days
per Month)
10. Salary Date : Every month 8th to 10th
11. Working Days for month : 26 Days per month
12. Working Days : According to roster
13. Working Hours : 10 Hours
14. Expected time : 09.00 AM to 07.00 PM
15. Overtime : Normal day : 1.5 times
Rest day : 2.0 times
Public Holiday : 2.0 times
16. Probation period : Three months
17. Workmen compensation : In accordance with Malaysia Labor Law.
18. Accommodation & Transport: Provided
19. Medical/Insurance: Provided
20. Government Levy and : To be paid by the Employer Immigration
21. Annual leave, sick leave: As per Malaysia Labor Law
And Public Holiday
22. Restriction
a)
: That Employee shall not marry any Malaysian and shall not participate in
any political activities of those connected with the Trade Union in Malaysia.

b) That the employee shall not change his employment during the contract
period and shall not carry or do business without the written permission
from the Employer.
c) That if the Employee is found creating social problems and or engaged in
any illegal subversive or criminal activities, he will be dismissed with
immediate effect and will be repatriated to their country at their own
expense.

23. Observe
a) After arrival in Malaysia, we will conduct medical checks for every
employee. If the medical fails in Malaysia, we will send the employee back
to their respective country at their own expense.

b) We will give 3 months of probation for every employee. After 3 months, if


the employee does not perform their work, we will terminate their contract
without notice and send them back to their country at their own expense. c)
During the probation period, there will be no overtime. If the employee
performs well, we will provide overtime accordingly.
d) If a worker runs away, refuses to work, or any other issues arise, your
agency will be responsible and will need to arrange a new employee within
two weeks. (All expenses for the new employee will be paid by your agency)

24. Termination of service


The employer may immediately terminate the contract upon submission of

disobedience,
insubordination, dishonesty, and commission of a criminal act punishable by
law.

The above agreed work with both parties, solely responsible for receiving
and handing over the work agreed upon and payment clearing at the end of
each agreement.
