JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The Business
Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the
phone or through online channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales
acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Training Period: The first 10 days after joining will serve as the training period.
Working days: 6 days
Working Time: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033.
(16,000/- as a Standard Earnings & upto 10,000/-as Variable Earnings) during this period.
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Generate sales by identifying potential clients and prospects through market research, cold calling,
networking, and other lead generation techniques.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing
department.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and
social media.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track lead progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior Neat, well- groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Emboldened
by challenges.
