Re: WARN NOTICE – CLOSING CANTON PLANT

Dear Ms. Handberg:

This Notice is being provided to inform you that Matalco USA LLC will be closing its
Canton, Ohio Plant located at 4420 Louisville St, NE, Canton, Oho 44705. The plant
closing will result in the employment loss of 71 employees, beginning on June 6, 2025
and proceeding over, at most, the ensuing ninety (90) days. The employment loss will be
permanent and the entire plant will be closed. Some employees are being offered the
opportunity to take on new roles at one of our other 5 US plants.

Attached to this Notice are the job titles of the positions to be affected and the
number of affected employees in each job classification. This facility is nonunion and
bumping rights do not apply.

This Notice is based upon the best information that the Company has available
to it at this time. If there are any changes in the Company’s plans, or in the timing of
the layoffs, you will be notified as soon as possible. The above actions may constitute a
covered event for the purposes of the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining
Notification (“WARN”) Act, and this letter is intended to fulfill the Company’s
obligations under that Act.
