Your all-in-one payment solution for

institutions, parents and students


Payment made easy, cashless and waitless.
Step 1: Download the Skiply App

Step 2: Set Up Your Account


Open the Skiply app after installation.
Tap on Sign Up if you're a new user, or Login if you already have an account.
Enter the required information (name, email, phone number, etc.) and create a password.
You may be asked to verify your email or phone number. Follow the instructions to complete the verification process.

Step 3: Link Your Payment Method


Once you're logged in, tap the three lines in the upper right corner of the app. Then, go to Settings, select Payment
Methods, and click Add Card.

Add your payment method by choosing from available options like credit/debit card, RAKBANK account, or other available
methods.
Enter the necessary details for your chosen payment method (card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.).
If linking a RAKBANK account, additional details and security verification may be required.

Step 4: Select the Payment Option


Navigate to the section where you want to make a payment (e.g., for a school, universities,
nurseries, academies). Select the amount you want to pay.
Review the details of your payment to ensure the correct amount is selected.

Step 5: Find Your School


Simply search for your school by name.

Step 6: Register/Add Your Child

Auto Detect:
Once you have signed up, the app will automatically find the matching student from the database.
Manual Search:
You can search for your child’s details by Student ID, First Name, Last Name, Registered Phone Number, or Email Address.

Step 7: Load Your Payment Card(s)


Payments can be made via Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards.
You can store multiple cards from any bank for various payments.

Step 8: Select the Category


Multiple categories are available for payment (e.g., school admission fees, tuition fees, re-registration fees, examination fees,
etc.).
Once you have selected the category, click View Price Options and scroll upwards to view the available options.

Step 9: Make Payments


Select the respective menu option.
Start making the payment toward the selected fees.

Step 10: Complete the Payment


Tap on Pay Now or Proceed to Payment.
Choose the payment method you've linked (RAKBANK or another option).
Enter any required authentication (e.g., OTP sent to your phone or email for verification).
Once the payment is processed, you’ll see a Payment Confirmation screen.

Step 11: Receive Confirmation


You will receive a confirmation message on the screen.
A receipt may be sent to your registered email.
Y ou can also view your payment history in the Transactions section of the app for future
reference.
