i. Online: Customer can apply connection through official IGL website
(www.iglonline.net)
ii. Call Center: CCE can apply connection in behalf of customer
iii. Direct Marketing Agent: DMA will visit customer’s premises and
collect all required document.
iv. Other options: Walk-in Center, Canopy etc.

6. Feasibility Check Passed/CA Pending- Cheque: 7 working days/online: 3 working day

7. Lead Status After CA No.
Meter Installation pending with cleared payment: Meter installation is pending
o Delay/Early Connection will be raised.
Meter Installed/Testing done (Air-RFC): Meter has been installed but TF point
not connected or GI pipe installation pending.
o Internal Note will be added into Lead.
RFC Done: Meter and pipe line have been installed and also, TF point connected.
o NGC Ticket will be raised.
Connection Installed: Connection has been activated (RFC & NGC done).
o FBNG ticket will be raised If customer asks for bill.
8. Duplicate Lead: If customer applied two connections for the same address.

5. Document verified/Payment pending: In this status, agent will guide to customer to
pay 1000/- Rs and after payment, need to wait for 3 working days for payment update.
6. Document verified/NGC requested: In this Status, NGC ticket will be raised and
1000/- SD amount will be added into first Bill.
