Seeromanie Persaud Lease Agreement

LEASE AGREEMENT

THIS LEASE is made the First day of December Two Thousand and Twenty Four BETWEEN

JOYCELYN WILLIAMSON of Broad Street, Bridgetown in the County of ST. Michael,

Barbados (hereinafter called ‘The Lessor’ which expression shall where the context admits

include the owner for the time being of the one part and ------------------------------------------------

SIMON FULLER of Hilbury in the County of St. Michael (hereinafter called the ‘The Lessee’

which expression shall where the context admits include his successors entitled to the term herby

granted) of the other part -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NOW THIS LEASE WITNESSETH as follows

THE LESSOR hereby lets unto the Lessee ALL THAT piece or parcel of land measuring fifty

meters by one hundred meters having a frontage of fifty meters to the public road on the east and

a continuous boundary fence on the north, west and south sides (hereinafter called the ‘Estate’)

more specifically shown on the plan in Schedule 1 of this Agreement for the terms and

conditions set out in this Agreement

THE LESSOR hereby lets the Estate to the Lessee for the sole purpose of constructing a

residential building to be solely occupied by the lessee and his family

THE LESSOR lets the Estate unto the Lessee for the term of SIXTY-FIVE YEARS from the

First day of December Two Thousand and Twenty-Four paying the lessor during the said term

the yearly rent of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars on the Thirtieth day of December in

every year, the first of such payments to be made on the First Day of January Two Thousand and

Twenty-Four

The Lessee shall not let or sublet the Estate, nor any building thereon constructed nor assign the

Estate without the written consent of the Lessor ----------------------------------------------------------
