Description: The Project provides the PSTN, Broadband, Digital voice, TV/ sports and Mobile. Project uses
Waterfall and Agile Methodologies which is having huge releases in every 4 months with four sprints, Final Test Cycle
and Dress Rehearsal.

The project has been excelling in each and every release by managing such a huge dynamic client requirement
without any P1 defects since last 8 releases.

Roles and Responsibilities:


 Developing Test Plan and review Test scenarios and test cases.
 Prepared and Executed Test cases as per System Requirements
 Logging and tracking defects in HP-Application Life Cycle Management(QC) & JIRA
 Involved in the daily scrum and weekly client meeting to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of
the application requirements.
 Performing different levels of testing -Sanity testing, Functional testing and Regression testing.
 Syncing up with Business Analyst for better understanding and estimating timelines for test completion.
 Knowledge sharing with the other team members.
 Providing KT and cross training for new joiners.
 Played a major role in an agile project on Project Transformation.
 Maintaining Learning and Knowledge Management Portal which has all the domain information about our
Project.
