STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I am Puspa Kapri Regmi, from the Gorkha Nepal, grown up, in typical middle class family
background. It is my dream to hold an internationally diversified leadership and management
qualification which is possible through Envirotech Institute of Education, Gold Coast, Australia.

I completed my school leaving certificate in 2010 with first division than I chose to study
management major in my high school and I successfully passed my 10+2 in 2012 with 64.60%
and I have to pause my education because of my parent pressure to got married. So on 8
November 2013, I got married to Mr. Suresh Kapri. I have spent 2 years with my parent-in-law
and husband. I found them very supportive so I have talked to uplift my education level.
Fortunately, they got agreed to provide me the adequate education so I sit on IELTS exam 8
August 2015 and scored 5.5. Now by their support and my interest, I have applied for
undergraduate degree. I had an opportunity to work as an Assistant Accountant in Kantipur
Bahu Prabidhik Shikshalaya since 2nd Sept 2012 to 30th August 2015. I was exposed with the
accounting procedure that any firms follow in Nepal. After few years of working experience, I
have understood the importance of education & its role in terms of getting promotion in any
organization hierarchy. So with my parent-in-law and husband encouragement, I have applied
to study further for Envirotech Institute of Education.

It is difficult to understate the importance of leadership and management in companies and

business as a whole. It is because of my recognition of the importance of leadership and
management that I have decided to seek further education and career in this filed. This course
will deliver practical contemporary management concept that I can apply in my own workplace.
For many companies there is a critical need to identify talented leader and bring them together
with the better output in the business. Undertake a course of study leadership and
management allows me to pursue my career in the variety of different areas ensuring flexibility
in my future career direction.

After carefully consideration it has become clear to me that developing a successful career in
leadership and management in the modern business environment. I am motivated to study in
Envirotech Institute of education by awareness of the ever changing reality of the business
environment and the need to upgrade my own expertise and professional abilities.

Currently, I am enrolled for Certificate IV In small Business Management + Diploma of

Leadership & Management + Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management course which
will help me to develop a broad knowledge about business, leadership and management. I have
researched for many further education regarding country and university. My search for the best
match of objectives, passion and dreams has dragged me towards Envirotech Institute of
Education or education either, with the best pathway option for education. I believe
Envirotech's business management and leadership course will provide me with solid platform
for an exciting career.

I came to know about Envirotech Institute of Education upon my search for the top vocational
educational institution that would help in the knowledge and skill enhancement for my bright
future. It is located in Gold coast of Queensland .The location of this institute is beautiful and
enjoyable for the students whereas the environment of this college is appealing and
magnificent. Gold Coast has wide golden beaches along the coastline with a sub-tropical
climate. Envirotech provides skills, knowledge and practices appropriate for people working as
leaders and managers. Envirotech also helps in developing leadership skills and enhance
managerial capabilities. It also has university relevant degree especially in Business
management course. Envirotech has Affordable Education than other colleges like TAFE,
University of Tasmania, etc.

The Australian educational institutions are known to successfully combine traditional values of
excellence in teaching and research and challenge conventional practices of produce new ways
of developing course. Students learn to play a vital role and go places after completion of a
course. Moreover they have state of the art libraries the urbaneness of the people and the
weather are the added features that catch the eye of a foreign student and improve the quality
of stay. Australia is very multicultural so there may be respect for people from different regions
of the world after long research regarding my higher education. I have concluded to study in the
college that has globally recognized. Australia particularly known as 1 st world country has
become the dream of the most of the undergraduates’ students.

After completion of course in Australia, I would like to complete my Bachelor’s Degree and
attain two years Post Study Work. This PSW opportunity will help me get International working
experience. My Internationally recognized degree when mixed with International working
experience will make sure I have a great career in the field of Business and management. Than
after the international degree and exposure, I would like to return back to my country. There
are lots of established business organizations and many more are opening in Nepal. As per the
current status of business organization in Nepal they have lack in excellent manpower that have
efficient knowledge of leadership and management but I like to gain these qualification from
advance diploma of leadership and management program.

With the adequate knowledge gained from Australia, I would like to use my expertise in this
rapidly advancing field. In the future I want to be a woman who can contribute to the
advancement in the field of business organization in developing country Nepal.

Therefore, I have sent all of my documents and provided all the information that may help you
in making a positive assessment of my visa application. I am hopeful that Immigration Australia
will find me to be a qualified and deserving student for Australia. I heartily request Australian
High Commission New Delhi to grant me a study visa for this program and become a qualified
citizen that can be useful to Nepal.
