Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to the following Ts and Cs:

Delivery Time:
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the delivery of all components after the order has
been confirmed and payment has been received.

Payment:
Full payment is required upfront before we process any orders or arrange
delivery.

Teacher Training Voucher:


Vouchers are valid 12 months and can be used for Sifiso EdTech’s group
teacher training workshops, either in-person or virtually. In-person workshops
will take place in Sandton, Johannesburg, with dates provided in advance.
Virtual attendance options for these workshops will also be available.

Price Adjustments: *
Package prices are subject to change in January 2025.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:


The customer must verify the contents of the delivered order against the
customer’s purchase within 7 days of delivery and before installation or use of
the products. If any items are incorrectly delivered or damaged during transit,
Sifiso EdTech will replace them at no additional cost, including shipping.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all
documentation and accessories..

Refunds:
Sifiso EdTech will only issue a refund if it is within 7 days of the delivery date.
If a product is found to be defective after 7 days but is within the
manufacturer's warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Warranty and Support:


The manufacturer's warranty applies only to defects in the manufacturing
process of the products and does not cover:

Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.


Damage caused by lightning, power surges, or incorrect installations.
Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the goods.
Use of products for a purpose other than their intended purpose.
Use of products contrary to their instruction manuals.
Modification of the original software by the customer.
Accidental damage.

The manufacturer's warranty is limited to 6 months, starting from the date of


product delivery. This warranty period includes any exchanges made within the
6 months
