ABSTRACT
This internship report provides an overview of my experience as a Virtual Relationship
Manager at Tech Vedhu. The primary objective of this internship was to develop skills in
customer relationship management within a virtual environment, focusing on enhancing
customer satisfaction, providing product support, and fostering strong client relationships.
During my internship, I engaged in customer interactions, resolved inquiries, and promoted
product knowledge to support customers' needs effectively. I was also involved in collecting
and analyzing customer feedback to aid the company’s service improvement efforts.
