KEY NOTES:
1/ Cargo must be sorted per PO#, Style#, Colour#, destination and carton label with up-orientation, facing to the container/truck door before delivery
2/ The Booking Comfirmation, packing list, customs declaration, TRUCK SHEET must go along with cargo delivery
3/ For overtime delivery after working hours on week day, shipper/ vendor need to inform Expeditors Hanoi before 03:00 PM
4/ Any cargo delivery on Saturdays must be informed to Expeditors Hanoi and the warehouse 2 days in advance
5/ All local charges must be paid at Expeditors Hanoi office
6/ Free storage for CFS is within 14 days from cargo receiving date to container loading date. Beyond this free period, the storage charge will be at your account
Special note for WM cargo: Until further notice, EI HAN just accept cargo delivered on or after CFS Open date & time
7/ After CFS closing time, the booking confirmation is no longer valid
8/ Documents should be submitted as per timeframe of customer request
9/ Please register for your delivery 48 hours prior to the intended cargo delivery date by filling the cargo details on the link https://drs.kmg.vn/
10/ The truck/cargo and document must be available at the warehouse physically before 04:00 PM Mon-Fri, 11:00 AM Sat
Otherwise, Expeditors Vietnam Co., Ltd – Hanoi Branch will not be responsible for any issue in cargo receiving.
