3-Month SSC CGL Study Plan (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Focused)

This study plan is divided into:

1. Phase 1 (1 Month) → Concept Building for Tier 1 & 2


2. Phase 2 (1 Month) → Speed & Accuracy for Tier 1, Advanced Prep for Tier 2
3. Phase 3 (1 Month) → Full-Length Mock Tests for Tier 1, Start Tier 2 Specialization

3-Phase Study Plan (Tier 1 + Tier 2)


Phase 1 (1st Month) - Concept Building for Tier 1 & 2
Goal:

 Cover fundamental concepts from Tier 1 & 2.


 Attempt 1-2 mock tests per week.

Study Focus:
Quant: Arithmetic (Percentage, Ratio, Profit & Loss, Time & Work) + Start Advanced
Maths (Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra).
Reasoning: Coding-Decoding, Syllogisms, Blood Relations, Series, Direction Sense.
English: Grammar rules (Tenses, Subject-Verb Agreement), Vocabulary (Synonyms,
Antonyms, Idioms).
GK: History, Polity, Geography, Economy basics + Daily Current Affairs.

Daily Tasks:

 Practice PYQs for Quant, Reasoning, and English.


 Revise GK topics & attempt 10-15 MCQs daily.
 For Tier 2: Start Data Interpretation & Advanced English.

Phase 2 (2nd Month) - Speed & Accuracy for Tier 1,


Advanced Prep for Tier 2
Goal:

 Improve speed & accuracy for Tier 1.


 Start topic-wise full-length tests.
 Start High-Level Maths & English for Tier 2.

Study Focus:
Quant: Data Interpretation, Advanced Maths (Trigonometry, Mensuration, Geometry).
Reasoning: Seating Arrangement, Puzzles, Input-Output.
English: Reading Comprehension, Para Jumbles, Cloze Test.
GK: Revise Static GK & focus more on current affairs of last 6-12 months.
For Tier 2: Start Statistics & Higher-Level DI.

Daily Tasks:

 Solve 30+ Quant questions daily.


 Solve 10-15 Reasoning questions from weak areas.
 Mock test every 2 days and analyze mistakes.
 For Tier 2: Solve Advanced DI & Algebra questions.

Phase 3 (3rd Month) - Mock Tests for Tier 1, Tier 2


Specialization
Goal:

 Maximize Tier 1 scores through full-length mock tests daily.


 Continue Tier 2 preparation alongside.

Study Focus:
Quant: Quick revision of formulas & short tricks.
Reasoning: Focus on high-scoring topics like Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Series.
English: Revise grammar rules, vocabulary, and improve comprehension speed.
GK: Focus only on most important Static GK & current affairs.
For Tier 2: Solve 1 High-Level DI set & 1 English Essay daily.

Daily Tasks:

 1 Full-Length Mock Test daily + Analysis.


 Quick revision of formulas & tricks.
 Focus on weak areas identified in Phase 2.
 For Tier 2: Solve PYQs & Statistics Questions.
