We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and resourceful individual to join its Human Capital
Product Management team in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram to assist with the development
and implementation of a redesigned systems infrastructure. This team manages the technology
that optimizes human capital processes and enables the firm to recruit and support our talented
staff. In this role, you’ll have the chance to be part of a team and organization that offers an

You’ll have a hands-on technical role within a cross-functional team responsible for contributing to
ensuring reliability and availability of our IT infrastructure and help with projects in maintaining the
firm's technology platforms. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to be part of an inclusive,
collaborative, and engaging team and organization. You’ll will be involved in tier-2 operational
support and project work to increase the overall supportability and reliability of the firm’s
enterprise technology environment, while working closely with the Site Reliability Engineering
team and acting as a liaison between them and the Helpdesk and NOC functions.
- Candidates having a graduate degree in Computer Science and related backgrounds with atleast
two to four years of work experience in Systems technologies.
- Candidate should be passionate about Systems administration in general and have a good
understanding of Linux fundamentals with hands-on experience in performance tuning and
administering production Linux systems at scale.
- Candidate having familiarity with infrastructure services like mail, DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, LDAP
and common enterprise and datacenter networking devices, security and management tools
would be a plus.
- The candidate should have exposure to Windows (Windows server, Active Directory, SCCM,
SCOM, Hyper-V, VMware, Failover Clustering, Exchange, SQL Server, etc.) or Networking
technologies (CISCO, Palo Alto, Arista or other similar vendors), TCP/IP Stack, Switching & Routing,
tooling and automation.
- The candidate should have proficiency in one or more scripting languages, namely, PowerShell,
Python, Golang, etc.
- Candidates should have experience with modern configuration management and development
tools (e.g., Git, Puppet, continuous integration systems).
- The ideal candidate will have experience handling IT Infrastructure operations and L1/L2
escalations from Helpdesk/NOC and proactively identifying and fixing issues in production
environment along with superb troubleshooting capabilities and experience with
diagnostic/tracing tools.
