Community Nursing College, Rangpur. In time of course I have performed three year clinical practice
and I have practiced pediatric ward, Gynae ward. Labour ward, Gynae OT, Gynae OPD. Neurosurgery
ward, post operative ward OCC Word (onestop Crisis Centre), Model family planning Clinic (Antenatal,
EPI, Family planning, MR) etc. I have also practiced EOC corner, Labour room. Antenatal, Family
planning, KMC Corner in Rangpur Community Nursing College, Rangpur.

Job Description
• Management of emergency Patients at Home Maintenance communication with patient and
consultant. Apply N/G tube, Urine catheterization (male ana female), Oxygen inhalation, patient
monitor, suction etc.
• Check RBS, FBS, BP, SPO2 etc.
• Bed ready, and management of personal Hygiene.
• I/V, I/M injection push, I/V infusion and canula apply.
• Conduct physical examinations to the patients as required.
• Ensure proper infection prevention procedure is maintained.
• Write medical prescriptions are properly written with history and present Conditions.
