EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

1. POSITION AND COMMENCEMENT

1.1 The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the position of Stock Controller.

1.2 The Employee's commencement date shall be on the ___ day of ____________, 20__.

1.3 The Employee agrees to fulfill all duties related to stock control, inventory management, and related tasks as may be

reasonably assigned.

2. PROBATION PERIOD

2.1 A probationary period of three (3) months shall apply.

2.2 During this period, either party may terminate this Agreement with one (1) week's notice.
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

3. REMUNERATION

3.1 The Employee shall receive a gross monthly salary of ZAR 14,500 (Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Rand).

3.2 Salary will be paid no later than the last working day of each month via bank transfer.

3.3 All applicable deductions including PAYE and UIF shall apply.

4. WORKING HOURS

4.1 Normal working hours shall be Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, including a one-hour lunch break.

4.2 Additional hours, including weekends or public holidays, may be required and compensated accordingly.

5. LEAVE ENTITLEMENT

5.1 The Employee is entitled to:

- Annual Leave: 15 working days per year

- Sick Leave: As per Basic Conditions of Employment Act

- Other statutory leave where applicable

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & CONDUCT

6.1 The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all company data and information.

6.2 All company documents and property must be returned on termination of employment.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 After probation, either party may terminate this Agreement with one (1) month's written notice.

7.2 In cases of serious misconduct or breach of contract, the Employer may terminate employment without notice.

8. GENERAL

8.1 This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
