Khamis-Roche Formula Coefficients
Khamis-Roche Formula Coefficients
The Khamis-Roche Method is a non-invasive approach to estimate a child's predicted adult height
using parental heights, current height, and weight. The formula was developed based on data from
the Fels Longitudinal Study.
Formula:
Predicted Adult Height = a + (b × Father's Height) + (c × Mother's Height) + (d × Current Height) + (e
× Weight)
Where:
- 'a' is a constant coefficient based on age and sex.
- 'b', 'c', 'd', and 'e' are coefficients for each variable.
- Heights are measured in cm and weight in kg.
