Form must be accompanied with:

Mandatory Documents

1. Birth Certificate of the candidate (issued by M.C.D. or other equivalent authority).

2. Proof of residence: Ration card/ Smart Card issued in the name of the parents/ Latest paid MTNL Bill/ Electricity or
Water Bill/ Passport/ Voter I.D./ Aadhar Card/ Domicile Certificate of the child or parents

3. Passport size photograph of the candidate

Criteria Specific Documents (wherever applicable)

1. Proof of sibling: Latest Fee Receipt/ I-Card/ Report Card of real brother or sister studying in Vivekanand School,
D-Block, Anand Vihar

2. Proof of alumni: Either of parents’ Secondary/ Sr. Sec. School passing Certificate/ Mark sheet of Vivekanand School

3. Proof of first born child: Affidavit on ₹ 10/- stamp paper (duly notarised)

Important Information:

(i) Regarding age criteria:

(a) Candidates having date of birth between the below mentioned period, which is inclusive of the permissible
age relaxation bracket, will be eligible for admission in the respective classes.

Pre School : 01.03.2021 - 30.04.2022

Pre Primary : 01.03.2020 - 30.04.2021

Class-1 : 01.03.2019 - 30.04.2020

(ii) Original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission.

(iii) Incomplete / Incorrect / Duplicate Registration Forms will be rejected.
