Crizal Happiness offer: Terms & Conditions - This Crizal Happiness Offer is organized and administered by

Essilor India Private Limited, a company having its registered office at #46, Prestige Trade Tower 10 th Floor,
Palace Road, High Grounds, Sampangiramanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. For clarity and brevity Essilor
India Private Limited is hereinafter referred to as “Essilor”.

1. Purchase of one pair of single vision, bifocals, VARILUX, TRANSITIONS, ESSENTIALS, XPERIO, Stellest
lens (“Essilor Lens”) with the coating of either CRIZAL value add, OPTIFOG, Emirror and Essidrive
(each coating is collectively referred to as “Coating”), will entitle you, the end customer (“You”)
[subject to point 3 below] to get a second pair of Essilor Lenses with any of the aforementioned
Coatings at 50% discount [subject to any taxes, service fees or incidentals for the second pair of
Essilor Lens, as applicable] (“Offer”).
2. Offer is not applicable on Crizal UV, and Crizal SUV coating.
3. The Offer is valid on purchase of two (02) Essilor Lenses for two separate frames with the same
prescription and for the aforementioned Coatings only.
4. The pair of Essilor Lenses of higher value will be billed at full price.
5. Tinting, edging and fitting cost are extra. There is no discount on the value adds such as tinting,
edging and fitting.
6. The Essilor Lenses will be fitted to the respective frame and shall not be given to you in an uncut
form.
7. This Offer is valid from April 1, 2024 till May 31, 2024.
8. Essilor Lenses once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, except for
manufacturing defects, subject to confirmation by Essilor product quality team, or incorrect product
delivered.
9. The Offer cannot be combined/ modified / substituted with any other discount(s) and no discount
will be provided to You on the first pair of Essilor lenses in the event You do not wish to avail the
offer on second pair of Essilor lenses.
10. The Offer cannot be redeemed as cash/ cash discount.
11. Essilor reserves the right to cancel / change / modify / add / delete any of the terms and conditions
of the Offer at any time without notice.
12. Essilor reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is
identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer.
13. If the performance of Essilor in respect of any of the promotions is prevented or delayed due to
circumstances beyond the control of Essilor, including force majeure conditions, Essilor shall not be
liable for the consequences of such non-performance.
14. Essilor shall not accept any liability arising out of the consequences of any fraudulent
communication/ misrepresentation beyond what is officially communicated by Essilor on this
webpage by any person including but not limited to an Essilor employee and the merchant partner.
15. Essilor shall not be liable for any loss including any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer. Under no circumstance shall
the liability of Essilor for any direct damages ever exceed more than the price paid by you for the
product thus purchased.
16. This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. All disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction
of courts in Bangalore.
