equiprnerrt, accessories to the Lessee arcl the i-essee has agreect to accept the said
L iease. Acr;ordingiy the Farties have ngreed to r,:ertain terms and c*nditioirs for gra.nt
of ttie said lease as rnenticned rn this Lease.
1. Lease:
In considerat-icn of rhe i"ee herein reservecl and the terms ai:ri conditicus to i:e
cbserr,red/performed as rnentioned herein, the Lessor hereby grants and the Lessee
herebl. takes the RMX Piant o:1 lease tb-r' ccnclucting RhAX 1:usiness. This
Agreernent shali Jre co-extensive and co-terrainus with Agreement for Jeitse oi iatd
dated i"t Nllarch, '2$2{}.

equipped with all Ancillaries including but not iimited to 2 Silos of capacitv 100 MT
& 70 h,IT, B0 MT Weighbridge, JCB, Screw Conveyors, Water pumps" Admixture
Pump, Fneumatic Cement Discirarge System in the Silos, 2 idos. Cement Godown,
QC laboratory, Driver rest Roorn. fully furnished office rnrith all testing equipment's,
curing tanks, eic. available rrurth the Lessor together r.r,ith all anci any
civii/eiectricailmechanical works required tc install anci make operational such
equipments. Please refer Annexure I for compiete list of Plant and specilications.
(iii)Oil terrnination and/cr earlier expiry of thisr Deecl, the Lessee skiaii handorrer
possession of the RIrIX Plant along rnith accessories and equipment having useful
tif'e as listed and described in Schedule I, r:n an "es is u,here is" basis, reasonabie
wea;: and tear exceptecl. Hornever, l-essee shall be,u,rithin its rights to clismarrtle,

4. Monthly Fee:
(i) T'he Lessee shall pay to the Lessor hiring charges on a rnoftthiy basis as per lease
Ientatrs narrated beic-w (the "FiNed Fee"l dr,irirtg the ie::ni of this Lease Agreeinent.
The mr:nthly tree js exclusive of GST.
The L'fonthly F'ee rrientioned abcve is inclusive lcr the use of facilities setup b1,"the
Lessor inchlding the Eatching Plant ancl its anciliary equipment. Ttiere sl:all tle no
escalations payable i,xrer the rnonthiy fee ciuring the lerrn of this agreement.
