Getting Started - Ship Tutorial

Note: Do NOT use mods or emulators (URM…), as they will most likely screw up the
data structures and corrupt your game! Use the cheat section at the end for
compatible cheats

Tutorial 1: Reactivate the Engines after you Wake Up


• Select an item from your inventory (Box icon or “i”).
• Click on the Quick Select icon below the inventory box (or “b”), change into
use mode
Hint: The game remembers the last 10 used items in Quick Select, you can
cycle through them with left and right cursor key without opening the inventory
• Use Hyper-Wrench on button
• Try to switch o engine again by pressing the button
• Meet BB-2, your trusted side-kick
• Try to access the Control Panel

Tutorial 2: Assume Command of the Ship


• You will get the task to nd the late Captain’s Wrist Control Unit
• Look in the cabinet (right side of screen) in the Captain’s Cabin
• You will also nd a Hyperscanner in the Cabin, which will help you to
investigate objects
• Go to the bridge and activate the Control Chair with the Unit
• Attempt to navigate somewhere

Tutorial 3: Get the Engines Running


• Fix the engine by clicking the engine con guration terminal, check status, exit
terminal, search the Tunneling Modules (in engine room crates), access
terminal again and install
• Fly to the space station

Tutorial 4: Keeping the Ship in Shape (Daily Task)


• Talk to T’Ris on the bridge at some point, she will tell you that there’s a lot of
repairs on the ship.
• If you assign T’Ris the task “Run Diagnosis” in the morning, this will result in
daily ndings and repair missions from the next day onwards. Repair tasks
yield favour points with T’Ris. Rooms with repairs will be indicated with yellow
dots (random 0 to 4 per day)
• Repair Hint: Get into use mode (B) with the wrench and move your mouse over
the damage animation (sparks). If you x it before noon, T’Ris gives you 2 FP,
otherwise 1

• Once you repaired 8 issues (may take a few days to get them all), T'Ris training
arc will unlock the next morning.
• If you leave repairs unattended for two or more days, T’Ris will refuse
interactions at night and/or you lose FP
• Repair improves your Tech Skill. The higher your skill, the fewer reoccurrences
of repair spots. The skill also helps later in the Bot Lab.
• Note: You can check MC stats by toggling through the crew with Cursor Left/
Right on the stat screen or by selecting “L” in the main screen.
• Later in the game you can hire an Engineer to do the work for you

Getting Started - The Space Station

Getting Around
• Leave the ship via airlock (AL)
• Click on advertisement to go to entertainment district
• Go to spacebar, inquire about map & trader
• Pass time until 18:00 using gambling machine
• Talk to shady trader
• If you have the 5000 Cr later in the game, buy the map and give it to T’Ris. To
give: click on item in inventory, then activate use mode (click or ‘B’) and select
T’Ris as recipient.
Note: You don’t need the map right on the rst day. You can make some money
mining (see below) rst and expand the reach of your ship to 25%.

Mining Job
• On your rst return to the ship you hear an announcement for mining
volunteers
• Got to Station Control in main dock and get the mining laser
• Install the mining laser subsystem from the cargo bay (CB) terminal (tab:
subsystems)
• Go to the engine room.
• Install the subunits in the laser using the con guration terminal in engineering
(EN).
Note: You can cycle through your installed subsystems with the cursor left/
right keys or the blue arrows.
• Fly to the debris eld above the Space Station and earn some cash. get you
engine up to 25% asap to get to the better High Yield Asteroid Field
• Congratulations, now you can earn money mining!

Main Quest (Return Home & Jumpgate Access)

Getting Around On The Map


• Get the map (see above), give it to T’Ris and the next day she will tell you
about the anomaly and the hyper jump gate
• You gain some new map locations for this system
• Earn enough money to get to the Anomaly to nd another crew member
• Eventually you will need more AI-Cores. You can gain AI-Cores by bounty
missions (higher probability from Lvl 2 and up).
• Later. you will also nd some in the Precursor Junkyard and in Swarm
encounters, but for that you need some in your setup in order to get there in
the rst place.
TLDR: make bounty missions / space ghts until you have enough AI-Cores

Iltari Precursor Junkyard - The 1st Map Fragment

• With Nimhe onboard, some shields and weapons and the Argus Uplink at 80%+
you can access the Junkyard
• Clear all three Levels (one possible per day) and you will get some unique loot and
a Precursor Map Fragment.
• These levels do not renew, so if you cleared all three they are gone. Make sure you
re-roll your loot if it should be meh. You want some Precursor Bot Crates ;)
• Hint: You could farm them if you destroy the Guardian but not the Core and ee to
try again the next day…
• There is another Precursor Wreck Site in Arellarti Space. It has “Frothing Hirelings”,
which act much like seekers. Adapt your strategy accordingly. Defeat the Core
level and get your reward.

The Jumpgate
• Eventually you may want to leave the System and venture farther out
• Accessing the Hypergate requires a 100% Jumpdrive (buy at Scrap Trader,
Outpost or Iltari Station)
• Jumpgate Control will tell you, that you need a license from Iltari Station
• Go to Iltari Station and apply for a Jump License
• They will ask you to show your Multipass for registration (which you don’t
have)
• There are two options to get your Multipass
• Option A: Craft a bribe case of Voronian Vortex. Use bottle on Cargo Terminal
to package a crate. You need at least six bottles in inventory to do that
• Option B: Got to Shady, she wants 1 Mil credits in advance
• Pick up your Multipass the following day
• T’Ris as your Navigator needs to take Jumpdrive Navigation Classes
• Talk to her, the next morning you will have “Nav Class” in her job menu
• Send her to Nav Class (she will be be gone from the ship all day)

• In the evening she returns if you are at Iltari station (others she’ll re-board at
next docking)
• Send her three times

Arellarti - The 2nd Map Fragment


• The neighboring System is Arellarti, part of Krell Space
• In her Nav Class, T’Ris learns that the Krell require all crew to wear special
uniforms in their Systems
• BB-2 informs you to check at Shady
• Buy 4 Krell pet Uniforms at Shady
• Give T’Ris one uniform, she will try it on. You have your doubts that the other
crew members will wear something like that.
• T’Ris asks you to wait for a day so she can talk to the crew. She also asks you
to ensure, everyone has EXH6 or higher. The crew can reach EXH 6 wearing
the Racy and then the Revealing Uniforms for several days
• The next day, hand out the uniforms to the other crew members
• As soon as everyone has EXH6 and a Pet Uniform, T’Ris appears in the
morning to inform you the crew is ready
• Fly to the Jumpgate, only to be denied again (you need a Krell Sponsor)
• Fly to Krogneath and ask him in the bar for his endorsement
• Return to the Jumpgate and travel through hyperspace to Krell Space
• Continue there with Seraphine’s Rescue Quest (see Seraphine Quest Line
below)

Xenos - Getting to Voron Space


• From Arellarti you could jump to Xenos if you had Voron approval for that
• In order to achieve that approval, you need to help the Vorons out
• You can do so, by exploring the secret of Kranor Biolab in Arellarti System
• Visit Kranor Biolabs
• When asked where you come from select any name as reference
• On your rst visit you are blown o as you have no valid references
• Ask around in Arellarti Station (Pet Owner) and he’ll tell you of a trader whose
name he forgot who he heard talking about this shady biolab. The Pet Owner
only remembers the Trader having a nice red haired Pet named Verity.
(Note: You need to have done the T'Ris Pet Training Quest, which is required
anyway to rescue Seraphine, so that he trusts you enough to tell you this)
• Fly to Iltari and nd out more about Verity. If you did some missions for
Veronica and chatted with her she may already have told you about Verity, who
in fact is her sister.
• If not she’ll now ll you in and tell you that Verity is no longer communicating
with her.
• She was in the employ of a shady Trader called Quexnor
• Fly back to the lab, tell them you come on recommendation of Quexnor
• Your blu is called and an armed Squadron of Enforcers chases you o

• Nimhe informs you the Lab has frequent comms and visits from Traders and
you get the idea to ambush one (Nav Point 25%, in the belt)
• You ambush a Trader and nd out he carries Voron Slaves in Stasis Pods. Not
knowing what to make of it you let it go for the time being.
• Unknowingly of you, your involvement with the Biolab has been observed by
the Vorons
• The next morning Ylyee contacts you as a Hologram and asks for your help
(Note: You must have completed the help Ylyee Quest / Multiverse Quest for
this to happen)
• The Vorons suspect the Lab to engage in large Scale Voron cloning and Ylyee
asks you to disrupt their business.
• Intercept three Krell Trade Convoys on Nav Point 25 (careful, 3-Krell scenarios!)
and loot their stu
• Contact Ylyee (use the new comms feature in your computer)
• Ylyee is happy with the evidence you collected and has authorized that you be
provided with a Voron Cloaking Shield
• Pick up the shield at Nav Point 50, equip it and deck it out with cloaking
modules
• Fly next to the Biolab, deck out the shield with cloaking modules, deck out the
argus to 100%, assemble the In ltrator and put it into active lab storage (not in
cargo stasis!)
• Spend a night near the Lab (just sleep)
• The In ltrator will be dropped o at the Lab and she successfully installs a
virus
• The following morning you notice disruptions in the Lab and two ships eeing.
You can either intercept the Loot Ship or Quexnor’s ship.
• If you intercept Quexnor, he hands over a Stasis pod with Verity, who he
abducted for his nefarious purposes.
• In either case, after three days Ylyee contacts you, thanks you and informs you
that Access to Voron Space, Xenon System, has been granted. There you
should research the Library for information on your way home
• If you rescued Verity, visit Veronica in the bar, some dialogue with Verity and
Veronica plays and from the next evening Veronica will show her
‘appreciation’ :)
• Fly to Xenon System to continue your quest home

Xenos - The 3rd Map Fragment


• Once arrived in Xenos System try to y to the Library
• Access will one refused, BB-2 recommends you hang around for a day or
two until your presence is known. You will see a cutscene after a day.
• At the morning of the third day Ylyee will contact you. She has secured
access and asks you to go to the Library
Note: You need both precursor map fragments (Arellarti, Iltari)
• In the Library Kythera will enlist you for a special mission, i.e. y to the
Precursor Site and get an Archive Cube
• Fly to the now unlocked Precursor Site and talk to the Librarian

• Kythera unlocks Voron Weaponry access for you. You may want to go to
Xenos station and buy some Voron Torpedos (Launcher is a goodie)
• Fly to the Precursor Site
• You will be stopped by the Zealots of Yr
• No Combat Route:
They propose that you turn around in return for some nice Gear and the Map
Fragment
If you agree, you get an AOE Voron Cannon and, three days later you get the
Map Fragment delivered
Fly to the Library, report that the Archive Cube was unfortunately destroyed
• Combat Route:
Oppose the Zealots and enter the Site
Zealots will intercept you. Defeat them and directly continue with the
Precursor Site
Note: Set Khelara to reload or you will have no chance
Once done with all three levels get the Cube and the Map and y to the
Library
You will get the Voron hyperdrive unlocked as reward and help with the
Voron gate for the Player Base (Gate only active in next version)
• A few days after the debrie ng in the Library, you will be contacted by Ylyee
• You receive further information for your travel and approval to jump to
QuThor System from Xenos
• Furthermore, you get approval to buy one Voron Hyperdrive (buy it at Xenos
Station once you have the money as it speeds up travel)

QuThor - The Varellian Fever


• From Xenos, you can access QuThor via the Hypergate
• Upon attempting to travel to QuThor, you are informed that due to an
emergency, the System is locked down
• The next morning you hear in the News about a Fever that has broken out in
QuThor
• Khelara, originating from that System, convinces you and the crew to help in
the matter, searching for a Scientist that is rumored to have more insight
• To gain access to the System without Jumpgate, you need a Voron
Hyperdrive (buy at Xenos) and information on point to point beacons the
Vorons have secretly installed in every system
• Procure three beacons at Xenos for Vee to study (talk to her after purchase).
• Vee will isolate the beacon signatures for Nimhe to scan for
• Chat to Nimhe and you are ready to jump to QuThor as soon as you have the
cure for the Fever
• Khelara will inform you a few days after your initial meeting in that matter
that she has located the Scientist, Dr. Moira Morgan
• Dr. Moira operates a Lab in the Outer Fields, Iltari System
• Fly there and get into contact
• Dr. Moira agrees to help and tasks you with procuring ingredients she needs
to the antivirus

• You will need 30x Bio Activators, 20x Plasmoid Spheres and 1x Bio
Weapons, all of which you can procure in the Arellarti System
• Upon procuring the items return to the Outer Fields
• Dr. Moira will join you onboard (Mad Lab Deck 3, Crew Cabin Deck 2)
• After a few days onboard, Moira will tell you the Antivirus is ready
• Visit Khelara in the Engine room to set up the point to point jump
• Upon arrival in QuThor, you are intercepted by a Destroyer
• Its captain agrees to let you transport the Antivirus to Quthor Station
• Once arrived, spend two nights n the station until you are contacted
• The Drengarian Authorities inform you that the antivirus was e ective
• You receive a bunch of rewards and a huge payment
• Talk to Moira to o er her the reward
• She refuses and asks to join your Crew instead
• You are now free to travel around in QuThor and back to Xenos

QuThor - The 4th Map Fragment


• After helping out QuThor with the Fever, you are free to explore the system
• Access to the Precursor Junkyard is still blocked
• Two days after being denied access again, a news report is broadcast in the
morning (you must be in QuThor System to see it!)
• SectorNet reports increased Pirate activities, leading to supply problems for
critical Arms manufacturing sites (speci cally Minos Forge, a Military Site,
and a remote Mining Site)
• Ask Khelara what you can do to help (hoping the Military will in turn grant
access to the Precursor Site)
• Khelara suggests to supply Ledruhk Mine with urgently needed Infernium
Ore (100t).
• You can mine the ore at the Burning Fields (during the Quest yields are
increased to around 20+ per visit) or buy it from Author Station
• Once you have 100t, y to Ledruhk Mine and they will graciously accept
Khelara APP +2 (to 7)
• You will be asked to transport 100t of nished goods (Infernium Plating) to
the Forge through the Pirate Infested Asteroid Belt
• They will supply you with the wares and you can make your way
• Eventually deliver the Plating to Minos Forge and get rewarded with Credits
and REP
Khelara APP+2 (to 9)
• Your request to Access the Precursor Site is registered and forwarded to the
Military Bureaucracy
• Two days later you are informed that your request has been declined
• BB-2 hints at a present that might grease the path with the Bureaucracy, a
crate with 6x Voronian Vortex
• Manufacture the crate (use 1x Vortex on the Cargo Terminal)
• Fly to the Forge and o er the Crate to the Administrator “as a gift”

• Upon leaving the Forge again, the Administrator “suggests” you meet up
with a mysterious contact at Nav Point 75
• Make your way there, if necessary spend a night there
• You are surprised by a Pirate ship, commandeered by Belit, a Pirate Leader
• Belit is in possession of a Map, which allows an alternative Route to the
Junkyard through dangerous Ruptured Space (The Quarry)
• She is willing to part with it in exchange for a Cloaking Kit (Shield + 3x Cloak
Module) or 50 M Credits (which krogneath wants her to pay for the gear…)
• Select either route and visit her at the Quarry, her Hideout, for delivery
• With the map in your possession, you can have Vee plot a course through
the Quarry to the Junkyard
• Finish all three Junkyard Levels, get the 4th Map Fragment
• Bring the Map Fragment to The Library of Xenos
• Exciting new information is promised to you once the Analysis is complete

NX010 - The 5th Map Fragment

Accessing the System


• Ylyee will give you access a day or two after you delivered the 4th Map
Fragment to The Library of Xenos
• Upon entering the System you will be faces with a massive Swarm Cordon
( 6 Obliterators and more)
• As you have no chance of winning you retreat in search of a special weapon

The Special Weapon


• Contact Belit and describe your predicament
• Belit hints at a special weapon at her disposal but demands that you x the
Quthor Iltari Gate Connection, which would bene t her trading

The Gate Module


• Upon investigation of the Gate, you notice a missing module and traces of
Krell interference
• You ask your acquaintance Krogneath about it and he at out refuses any
knowledge
• back on your ship, you will receive an anonymous message con rming Krell
involvement
• The message pinpoints a military location in Krell Space, where the missing
Gate Module is kept under guard
• Proceed to Arellarti to the marked site in the Asteroid Belt
• Option A: Attack the site with brute force (5 Executors)
• Option B: Bring your In ltrator online and sleep at the Site so your in ltrator
can get the module
• Go back to Quthor with the Gate Module and assist in repairing the Gate

The Vaultship Wreck
• Go to Belit and claim your reward
• She will give you information on a derelict spaceship in The Quarry which
purportedly holds weapons of great power
• Belit will also give you a Vaultship Key (Mysterious Cube)
• Proceed to the wreck, unlock it and retrieve the Armageddon Core
(Note: the wreck can be explored repeatedly for some goodies from now on)

Breaking the Cordon


• Equip the core in your Launcher and jump to NX010 again
• Deploy the Core like a mine and move away. After 5 moves it will detonate,
destroying everything in sight (you are immune in V1.30, will change later)
• Congratulations, NX010 has been unlocked and you can explore the System
• If you bungle the Core use, you can go back to The Quarry and try for
another one

The Waystation System

• After handing in the 5th Fragment from NX010 at the Xenos Library Ylyee will
contact you the next day
• She informs you that an Intergalactic Gate has been located
• She asks you to come to Xenos Station to bring a Special Envoy from the Voron
onboard
• On Xenos Station you will nd, that Ylyee is the very same Special Envoy, who will
accompany you to the Waystation
• It is recommended at this point to load exotic Ores (Boron, Halidium, Promethium,
Infernium, Chtonium and Morganium) and a number of Hazard Drones (under
Modules in the Station Trading Terminal
• Proceed to the waystation System
• Upon arrival, you nd that the System is not navigable due to spatial distortions
• You need to nd your way to the Waystation Facility at the other end
• Explore the Wreck near the Gate and obtain an access card and location to the
Beacon of Elements
• Proceed to the Beacon of Elements and solve the Challenge (use the exotic Ores
you loaded, Galaxite can be obtained at the Elemental Fields, Solution: Boron,
Promethium, Infernium, Morganium, Halidium, Chtonium, Galaxite). It is
recommended you load up on some Chtonium in the Fields as well, you need at
least 3 later.
• You will gain an access card to the Beacon of Automatons and its location
• Proceed to the Beacon of Automatons and solve the Challenge (look at the hint
diagram on the right, Solution: from top to Bottom Gen 3, Precursor, Gen 3 // Gen
1, Gen 3, Gen 1 // Gen 2 // Gen 1 ). If you lack Cortices, you can use Hazard
Drones and explore the Automaton Fields

• You will gain an access card to the Beacon of Assembly and its location
• Proceed to the Beacon of Assembly and solve the Challenge (pay attention to the
order of elements in the crate, Solution: Chtonium, Powder, Nanotubes, Spools,
Computer parts)
• You will gain an access card to the Beacon of Stars and its location. Furthermore
the Replicator is now active. If you have the raw materials you can replicate
blueprints.
• You can obtain more blueprints by using Assembly Modules and a Device to be
analyzed in Analyze Mode. Assembly Modules are dropped by the Seeker Drones
the Assembler in the Assembly Fields launches at you. The assembler is invincible,
so doge it and pick up loot from the Seeker Drones

Side Quest: Vee (The Anomaly- Iltari)

Finding Vee
• Mine and trade until you have your ship at 50%+ engine performance
• Fly to the Anomaly

Awaking Vee
• Study its occupant for three days (access sign “SECTION B” in the cargo bay)
• After you have the “Give Me Energy’ dreams, visit the bay again and place 6
energy pods in the rack next to V’s glass container
• The next morning the pods are drained (you can check in Stats the energy
status of V)
• Provide another 6 pods and that night you will get a dream visit from V
• Provide her another 2x6 pods and you will get a second visit from V at night
• Try to get a third visit and provide another 6 pods
• Visit V the next morning to nd her gone

Finding Vee In The Lower Decks


• You decide to repair the lower decks in an e ort to locate V onboard
• Try to access the Lower Deck via maintenance hatch in the cargo bay
• BB-2 o ers to help if you get the necessary repair materials (5 Nano, 3 Energy,
1 Bio). You can buy them in the station or from Shady (expensive) or from the
scrap trader (cheapest)
• Once you have the materials in your cargo bay, click on the hatch again and
send BB-2 to repair
• The next morning he will report back to you, the Lower Decks are now
accessible
• Access up and down via turbo lift (TL on Minimap)
• Accessible rooms are Bot Lab and Holo Deck (see Bot Lab quest section)

plan to disrupt the signal and hopefully deactivate the nanite anomaly in the
Lower Deck Corridor
• She tasks you to bring her Promethium Ore, one spare AI-Core and bring the
Uplink up to 80% or more

Swarm Attractor which Nimhe made. 0

Basic Training
• Visit V for increasing favours (BJ, SEX)
• After having had Sex twice to SLU 5, you get the idea to spice things up
• Ask Vee for a favor when you are alone with her on the bridge (e.g. 19:00)

• Visit T’Ris at 22:00 after her exercise and spy on her in the bathroom
• Do repair tasks (one per day) and a sequence trigger the morning after you did

compensation for your e orts
• She blows you o and tells you to meditate
• Watch her shower via monitor at 22:00 (2 or 3 times) until you get the idea to
search your cabin for more explicit material

• Nice is under the hover pass
• If you are accomplished enough (you need 3+ REP or 200k+ trading volume)
she agrees to be hired as circumvention expert
• Nimhe asks for an expensive Argus Mk II uplink unit (buy from shady and
install on ship)
• Ask Nimhe again, pay her 50k signing bonus, go back to the ship and a
welcome scene plays. You’ll nd her in guest cabin 1 (left side, hallway two)

Basic Training
• Try to visit her at 20:00 and she has her door locked
• Investigate her room when she’s not in it and you’ll nd a pair of kinky

Sub-Quest: A Favor For Nimhe
• After you have found the Outer Belt (see V quest) and have a notoriety of 15+,
Nimhe will entrust you with a bot related task.
• In order to convince an individual on Iltari Station (“The Bot Collector”) to
surrender compromising material, Nimhe has the idea to awaken a dangerous
experimental Bot prototype form a destroyed military base
• Fly to the base in the Outer Belt, get the bot shell there and talk with Nimhe in
the Lab
• She tells you to assemble a fully military bot (Gen2 or 3) so she can attach the
shell
• After you have assembled the military grade bot, chat to Nimhe
• She will assemble and awaken a Type-I In ltrator, certain that she can control it
as long as the Uplink is at 100% power
• Fly to Iltari Station bring the uplink to 100% and spend one night
• The In ltrator will successfully return the compromising material.
• The bot is placed in cargo in a stasis pod (safe from escape).
• The next morning you will nd it as a box next to your bed. You can either let
Nimhe know that you have it (unlocks favour) or open the box with your control
unit and take out a bonus item you nd inside and then let Nimhe know that
you have the box (unlocks favour too, see Nimhe Quest).
• NOTE: If you lose your in ltrator (sell accidentally, have it escape, ...) you
can y again to the Outer Fields and pick up a (lower quality) spare one...

Ponygirl Training
• After you have seen the Galaxina “Ponygirl” episode, chat with Nimhe.
• She expresses interest in a cosplay out t along those lines. It can be bought in
the Krell Pet Store on Arellarti if you have done Krogneath's Favour Quest later
in the game and received the Pet Voucher.
• If you try to take Nimhe on a ship walk in the Ponygirl out t, she’ll refuse but
agree to practice walks on Iltari Station. You can walk her in her normal uniform
there until her EXH reaches 9 with various scenes.
• Once Nimhe has EXH 9 and SUB 4 (get SUB1,2,3 with spanking and 4 with
gifting her the Pony costume) you can ask her again for the Pony Walk
• You can walk her twice, with her SUB going up to 5 after the second walk &

Side Quest: The Bot Lab
The Bot Lab on Deck 2 allows you to create Sexbots to either sell, rent out to an Arcade
or use for special Missions. Sexbot parts can be found in Bot Crates in Space
Encounters, Combat Loot or Mining Mysteries. They can als be purchased from the Scrap
Trader or (very expensive) Shady.

Introduction
• Once the lab is accessible click on the con gurator, you get confused and
need help
• Chat with Nimhe, inform her that the Lower Decks are now accessible
• From now on she will be in the Lab from 12:00 to 15:00
• Talk to her in the Lab and choose “Botlab Intro”
• After the intro, she tells you that she has stored some starter parts to assemble
a bot
• First Bot: Clock on the con gurator and assemble the rst bot. She will - after
it has been completed - right away dispatch it to cover her debt with Grelak
• Nimhe asks you to get some more parts and assemble a Bot to rent out to the
Sex Arcade for daily earnings. You can buy bot crates at Shady (expensive) or
at the Scrap Merchant (cheap). Sometimes you nd them in a space event ( rst
aid, container, …) from now on. To open a crate, go to the cargo bay, tab
“crate” and open it. Up to ve parts will be rolled per crate. All parts are
imbued with random properties at this time (like “identifying” in other games)
• Arcade Bot: Assemble a new bot once you have all parts. Train it to max and
repair it for highest value, then send it to the Arcade. 4 to 7% of its value will
be earned per night. You get an arcade report at night. In V0.5 arcade slots are
unlimited.
Bots can retrieved from the arcade using the lab manager (terminal unit in lab)
which gets unlocked after the rst bot intro.
If you select a bot to retrieve from the arcade, the next day a “bot stasis pod”
arrives at your ship. It can be opened from cargo like a crate and will be
transferred to the lab if you have free cells.
• Bot sales: Nimhe asks you to make and sell a few bots by checking the
orders. There is a handful of orders available in the bot lab terminal (updated
each night). You can ful ll orders from the order list directly (toggle through
eligible bots).
Tip: Train and pimp up the bot before sale for max income
• Once you either (a) craft your rst bot with IQ > 140 (note: store it explicitly in a
store dot) or (b) send your rst bot of any kind to the arcade, BB-2 informs you
that with illegal bots of high IQ more money can be made and recommends to
talk to Nimhe about it. This triggers the Pirate Quest (see below)
Note: If your bot has a high IQ there is a risk that it will escape from its cell at
night (escape risk in % shown in con gurator) and damage a subunit in the
process. Use an immobilizer to forestall that or store incomplete bots only

Bot Cargo Manager
• From the lab GUI (“Lab Manager” in con gurator or “Bot Manager” tab in
terminal) bots can be packed for sale, sent to arcade or retrieved from there.
• They end up in Cargo Bay packed in Stasis Pods to be sold ore again
unpacked there with a nice graphical GUI
• Tip 1: Escape-prone bots can be stored there and as long as they are in stasis
will not escape!
• Tip 2: You can auction o bots from there (if you happen to have an order, the
auction result will be a bit better, if the escape rating is high, the bot will have a
up to 25% price penalty)

Side Quest: A Personal Bot


• Once you have accumulated a number of bot parts (20), Nimhe barges in one
morning and informs you that parts are going missing from storage
• Instpect the storage force eld
• Buy a monitoring cam at shady
• Install the cam at the storage force eld
• Watch the cam the next morning
• At 10:00 you will notice BB-2 deactivating the force led and entering storage
• Talk to Nimhe about it and call BB-2 to demand an explanation
• After some discussion he admits he has a secret project an leads you to it
• It turns out BB-2 has been working on assembling a copy of the former ship

• You con scate the bot (dubbed “Type -J”) and have it brought to your quarters
• This interaction unlocks a new day task for Nimhe (assign in the morning),
namely creating a customized appearance add-on (Bot Shell Type J) if you
have a bot crate in the cargo list which she can use
• The shells can be added into the add on slots and change the bots
appearance and value
• Type-J waits in your room after the secret project con scation
• You can interact with her and have sex. You can also rename her in the
interaction menu

• A few days after the Personal Bot quest (to be exact: after having used Type-J for

and Nimhe in the Hallway outside your quarters (triggers if you enter the Hallway
between 8:00 and 12:00)
• You overhear them making an appointment at 15:00 in the lab
• Go there at 15:00 and you will nd the door locked. They tell you they do routine
maintenance and you presence is not required

Racy Uniform T’Ris & Nimhe
• Once Nimhe is onboard and you travel through space, Space Patrol will take
note of you and board for a search of your ship on the charge of suspected
piracy.
• Once they are gone, talk to Nimhe and you get the idea to give your crew
uniforms and pass as an eccentric merchant rather than a pirate
• Search the crates in the engine room and get the uniforms
• Give T’Ris a uniform in the evening. BB-2 suggest to register the uniforms at
the Station to enhance the impression you want to make
• Go to Station control, they send you away again and ask for someone to
“model” the uniform for approval
• Talk to T’Ris, she will go and get the registration. You put her in charge of
uniform discipline on the ship
• The next morning Nimhe barges in and complains she has to wear a uniform.
After a heated exchange, she agrees, but leaves with her mood reduced
• You can now order a day uniform at 8:00 every morning. If not, the crew will
default to their standard
• If the requirements are not met (racy: mood 40+) for everyone, the order won’t
pass. Wearing the racy uniform reduces mood by 5 per day.
• Improve mood by presents. “bondage fairy liquor” for Nimhe and “meditation
candles” for T’Ris to raise mood by 10. can be bought at the bar or at Shady.
• For a bonus image you can inspect Nimhe’s uniform for 3 days in a row.

• Give Khelara a revealing uniform (buy at Shady), which she rejects
• Have Nimhe and T’Ris wear the revealing uniforms for 3 days to give Khelara

• After a hallway encounter with T’Ris (go to H1 in the morning after orders when
T’Ris wears a revealing uniform for the day), Khelara will agree to wear the
revealing uniform if you give it to her

Racy Uniform Moira


• Once Moira has APP 3, she will accept a Racy Uniform after you chat with her.
(EXH up to 3)
• Wearing the Racy Uniform for 3 Days Moira will start noticing when T'Ris and
Nimhe wear their Revealing Uniforms.
• After having observed that for 3 days, you can give Moira a Revealing Uniform
as well (EXH up to 6)

Krell Uniforms
• The crew will agree to wear Krell Uniforms in Krell Space (see Main Quest
above).
• They will automatically change into Krell Uniforms upon entering Arellarti
System
• When you leave Arellarti, the Crew changes into Free Uniform for the rest of

• After BB-2 taught you about illegal bots (build one with IQ 140+), talk to Nimhe
about possibilities to sell those anyway
• She tells you that you could sell them in the Pirate Base but she has fallen out
of favour there and needs a high end bot (IQ > 150, value >= 100k) as present
to get back in
• Create that bot and store it. You will automatically package it for sending o -
ship
• Talk to Nimhe. The initiates dispatch of the bot and informs you of the Pirate
Base coordinates on the map
• Fly there and land there

A Favor for Vigo


• Go into the bar and talk to Vigo
• He agrees to let you do business in the base if you do him a favour and
eliminate a renegade pirate, Ghad, who hides in the asteroid eld
• To defeat Ghad, you need to arm your ship with shields, cannon and ideally a
torpedo launcher
• You need a weapons license to buy that stu o cially. Fly to Iltari Station and
ask Station Control for a license. If your REP is 10 or more (which you should
have easily by then), they grant the license
• Once you have the license the dock will sell you arms. Buy at minimum
shields, a plasma cannon and the subunits to bring them up to around 30-40%
• The launcher is additional, if you have enough money you can buy that too
• Fly to the Asteroids and confront Ghad (see section on Combat Tactics)
• Once you defeated Ghad, report back to Vigo, who appoints you to A liate.

Training
• Once Moira o cially joined the crew (after QuThor Quest!) you will get the Quest to
get to know her and nd out what she likes.
• Chat with Moira, after a few times (30% chance) sh'll tell you that the stress of her
Research Work makes her enjoy a drink every now and then.
• Bring her a Astropolitan to her quarters, which will get you a favour point and
increase Moira's APP. For a bonus nude scene visit her the same day at 22:00.
• Chat with her again, and Moira confesses she likes Romance Novels featuring
Space Pirates. Go to your computer to SectorNet and with your vast knowledge of
pulp literature compose a Space Pirate Novel.
• Bring her the novel in the evening for one more favour point and APP +1.
• Chat with Moira again and she'll confess she needs to continue some
important Research with Krell Toys.
• Get Moira the Pet Pleaser from the Pet Trainer in Arellarti Station.
• From that point you need to interrupt her twice doing her research when visiting
her in Medbay
• After your second intrusion, you get the idea to get more hands on with Moira.
• Visit her in Medbay complaining about "male issues". Prepare by drinking a
Drengarian Liquor before.
• If her FP is high enough (3 or more), she will give you a HJ during the physical. You
can always increase FP by bringing her Cocktails or Romance Novels in the
evening.
• After the second HJ you can ask her for a BJ in Medbay. She'll decline, but if your
FP is 3 or more, she'll pay you a visit at night.
• Once her SLU is 6, visit her in her quarters for sex. She'll turn you down, so you
get the idea for some role-play.
• Get a Space Pirate Costume (Shady or Belit), put it on at 22:00 in your quarters
(use on cabinet) and visit Moira.
• Congrats, end of content for Moira in 1.40.

The Pet Exemption - Part I (SUB)


• A few days after you ran into the Krell Space Guard (Arellarti Random Space
Encounter), which took away Moira exemption she visits you and asks you to help
her re-instate it
• Go to Arellarti Station and ask around. The Pet Owner will tell you that in order to
get that exemption back you need to apply at the Pet Administration O ce
• When you try to visit the Pet O ce on the far side of the Space Dock you are
refused entry with being accompanied by the Pet in question
• Talk to Moira, but she refuses to be walked as a pet to the Pet O ce
• Inform T'Ris of the incident, she suggests adding Moira to the infraction

• After pet class is done, return to Orlok'S O ce with Moira
• Orlok agrees to support the exemption request but springs the surprise on us, that
we need to help the Krell in one major way: Reinstate Krell Uniform Acceptance in
Iltari System

Rescuing Seraphine
• Once V is su ciently familiar with you (SLU3) she will appear in the morning
and tell you of another (failed) attempt the Swarm tried to bring a vessel From
your Galaxy here
• The vessel ended up in Arellarti Star System (Krell Space, reachable through
Jumpgate)
• You decide to investigate
• Get Hyperjump Licensed (see Main Quest above) and y to Arellarti
• Be well prepared (5+ AP, Quantum Shield, Weapons and Torpedoes) and enter
Krell Space
• To reach Arellarti Station, you need to bass the Asteroid Belt which triggers a
dangerous event ingoing (not outgoing)
• Chose Damage (Subunit Hits) or Danger (Krell Pirates). In each scenario there
is the chance of a special reward

Finding Seraphine
• Land on Arellarti Station and look around
• You’ll meet the Krell Pet Owner, who initially does not trust you
• Talk with him a bit, admire his Pet and he eventually tells you the rumor of a
foreign Princess marooned in Krell Space. The Krell have sent Slavers to catch
her.
• He refuses to disclose the location
• Talk to T’Ris and take her for a walk in her Pet Uniform
• The Pet Owner engages in a discussion about Pets with you and you have
gained his trust
• He disclosed the approximate location the Slavers went to look for the
Princess
• Fly there and defeat the Slavers. These are 3 Krell, so go in with 5 AP and at
least 3 BFT or you will die
• A passage to Seraphine’s ship will open up
• Rescue her and take her onboard (she’ll be be Guest Room 2, opposite Nimhe)

Seraphine’s Demands
• A few days after her rescue Nimhe and Seraphine come into your cabin and
quarrel.
• As a result, you promise to upgrade Seraphine’s cabin with a bathtub (made of
Eternium)
• Talk to Khelara once you have the Eternium
• Three days later Khelara will show you the result of her work
• From now on you can visit Seraphine at 9:00 in her bath (do 3x to get all

The Holodeck

• If you visit Seraphine in the afternoon she’ll ask you for a drink
• Fetch the right one from the replicator for her

A Job for Seraphine


• A few days after received her bathtub BB-2 visits you in the morning
• He informs you that Seraphine is in a poor mental state as she is increasingly
bored
• You get the idea to let her shop for useful items on SectorNet
• Talk to Nimhe, she will set up Trading Interface (takes two days)
• Once set up, Nimhe informs you everything is ready
• Talk to Seraphine and she likes the ice of “shopping around”
• From the next day you can assign the shopping task
• In the evening, visit Seraphine for the results
• She will buy a random Surprise Crate (Exclusive Goods, Weapons, …) with
usually excellent deals (> 50% o )
• If your credit is below 1,000,000 she will not shop
• After a few successful shopping completions 83), Seraphine will become part
of the crew and will accept crew uniforms, with which you can train her to EXH

• After bringing Nimhe a Core, visit Seraphine for your reward.

Seraphine's Pony Quest (SUB)


• After Seraphine has reached EXH of 6 by wearing her uniforms you receive a
message from Krogneath, who asks you to meet him
• After a meeting in the Pirate Cantina, it turns out Krogneath has learned about
Seraphine being onboard your vessel
• You strike a deal with Krogneath, who is under pressure from the Krell Trade
Council and needs a success story. he wants to present himself as the captor of
the Princess and vanquisher of Lizards (which he somehow adds to the story...)
• Here is the plan: You convince Seraphine to pose as his captive for a victory
parade in the Dome and in turn he will legalize her presence on your ship
(pretending he handed her over to you in a commercial deal)
• Seraphine is not amused when she learns she has to wear a pony uniform for the
parade
• Talk to Vee and hand Vee Seraphine's Pony Uniforms to train her in the Holodeck
• Have both spend 3 days in the holodeck and visit them to check in on Seraphine's
progress
• Once her pony training is complete notify Krogneath that you ar ready for
execution of the plan
• Krogneath authorizes doing at the Dome and you proceed there
• The following day Krogneath visits you ship and the Parade Cutscene plays
• Afterwards you are cleared to dock at the Dome regularly and Seraphine's
presence on your ship is notarized
• From this point on you have access to the Entertainment Plaza with the Pony
racing shops
• The Krell in the Plaza are reluctant to talk with you, so it is best to show up with
Seraphine in tow when you rst talk to them

• Present Seraphine 2 times until her REP is 2 and then enter her at the Races. Note:

xed, so do not go to the bookie before that.
• Score a placement with Seraphine (wine, place, show) to get an achievement
• Return to the Pony Shop Owner the next day and you will receive a special racing
harness as acknowledgement
• With that harness you can enter Nimhe into the Races

1 Own ship with dynamic line of sight zone combined with (light blue) current laser range. Laser range increases with weapon
subsystem energy con guration. Blue indicator is shield, red is hull strength. Shield strength depends on energy
con guration output of shield subsystem. Once shield is gone, hull hits will destroy random subunits of your ship! No repair
during combat in V0.5 possible.

2 Active Weapon. Select weapon before you re. If you have a con gured torpedo launcher, you can also see torpedo slots
and select them. Khelara can do load out once per hour if you have torpedos and if she has that job assigned. She will also
re ll one Torpedo slot every 3 turns. Manual torpedo load-out needs to be done before combat in the engine room.

3 Attack:
Click on enemy if he is in blue zone to lock on a speci c enemy (click again to toggle).
Press SPACE to attack selected weapon. Torpedos have no range limitation. Both weapons need line of sight.
Using a weapon consumes one action point (AP)

4 Movement (cursor L/R/U/D or click cell adjacent to your ship). You have unlimited moves (no AP usage) but enemy will move
after every move of yours

5 Action points and attack order: If your AP are 0, all enemies take their turn attacking.

6 Turns: You may chose to forfeit AP (e.g. when hiding behind a rock in a good position outside enemy LOS)

The Multiverse Pod Quest
Ylyee’s Quest
• This is a kind of “Save Game” function, that allows to transfer all your subunits
and up to 3 bots into a new game (future or same version) through the
multiverse
• I decided to wrap it into a little quest
• Once you are a bit further along in the game (Day 20+), Ylyee, a new dancer
shows up in the bar at 15:00.
• Pay her 500 tip for a private talk and she will tell you her story. She has been
shipwrecked in this system while on a diplomatic mission and can’t return until
it is completed
• If you agree to help, she will ask you to go to a hidden location in space and
pick up a jettisoned crate with valuable presents
• Get the crate and open it. It contains Voronian Vortex at 50.000 Cr a bottle,
destined as a bribe for an o cial
• If you decide to bring her the valuable liquor instead of selling it, she thanks
you, completes its delivery, quits her dancer job and asks you to meet at 22:00
in the space dock
• Bring her aboard and get her to the location she gives you
• Upon farewell, she will hand you the “Multiverse Pod” as a present

Using the Pod - Option I Cargo


• Once you have the pod, be prepared before you use it (you should use it
towards the end of your game):
• Dismount all your subunits into the cargo bay (pimp up cargo capacity for that)
• Use the pod on the cargo terminal
• Transfer all the subunits into it
• Transfer up to three of your favorite bots into the pod
• ‘Commit’ and all your items are shifted into the Multiverse and gone from the
game
• You will nd a le called “multiverse_pod.json” in your save game directory
(where your save les are, _not_ the directory saves inside the game folder).
• Once you install the next version, it will nd that le automatically
• From start of your new game, if the le is found, a new subspace rift can be
found in the 25% zone
• Fly there, get the pod. Click on it only if you are ready and have su cient cargo
space
• CAUTION: Content will be dumped into your cargo bay to capacity, then the
pod implodes with all the parts that won’t t into your Cargo Bay. Make sure
you have enough capacity (25t probably won’t cut it)
• If you should screw up making the proper multiverse gear save, delete the le
from your save folder, go to a save state before you made it and you can try
again. Once you made the le and saved, that’s recorded in your game state
and is no longer possible to read the pod again.

• After you have freed a slave or two, Lieutenant Audra from Space Patrol
shows up every second night at the bar.
• Chat with her, and depending on the number to slaves you have rescued in
total she commends you and her APP goes up.
• Note that she commends you only once per meeting. (Even if your total slave
rescued count meets max required) So you have to chat with her 3 times more
(besides the rst time)
• Once her app is high enough (20 Slaves freed, multiple ejected stasis pods
count as multiples) she will greet you with “Freedom Champion”
• Now you can buy her a drink and give her a tour of your Ship with a Happy
Ending…

• If you rescued Verity you can invite her over to the ship when you are in Iltari

• The scrap trader you encounter in space has the best prices for buying. It makes
sense to not splurge your money in the dock and wait for an encounter
(approximately every third space event is the trader)
• When you buy a subsystem (like the laser), you can install it from the Cargo Bay
subsystems tab
• The Subsystem con guration is done in the engine room (it will pull available
Subunits like Positron Stabilizers etc. from the cargo bay). You can also strip
subsystems and use the subunits elsewhere temporarily (e.g. to get to the
asteroids early)
• Liquor crates are highly lucrative. If you nd some, open them in your cargo bay
and sell the bottles (which go into your directory) at the bar.
• Send a bunch of good bots to the arcade to make 30-40k per night easily
• Watch out for good transport missions, they can also make you 50-500k apiece.
Higher values and more cargo with higher MC level.
• MISSIONS
• Missions can be taken on from your Computer in the Captains room
• Make sure you are at the designated coordinate to deliver the designated amount
at any date prior to due date.
• You can have 3 active missions per day (but do more of you re contract from your
computer during the day)
• The cargo window will in yellow on the right show quantities you need of active
missions. “Sell all” will spare that amount.
• If the Missions Due Today indicator shows up below the minimap of the ship a
delivery is due that day. Check it on the missions page with the PDA or look at the
red marks on the space map for mission that can be done.
• Missed missions will be purged overnight and will give you a negative REP impact
(transport failed) respectively negative NOT impact (bounty failed)

Auto Trading
• Once you have your Base with Hangar in Tenaris you have access to 3 Auto Trading
Drones
• Set the Trade Route on your Computer
• For each Location (becomes available after visited once) you can select up to 3 Wares
to buy and trade. The Drone buys from left to right (greedy) until the 20t carry capacity
is full
• Ensure you select pro table wares (assess the tooltip Price Quotes)
• The Drones do one round trip per day, so make sure you select suitable wares for the
journey back as well

• For each ight there is a 50% chance of a space event (max 1 per day). Just y
around until you get it if you want it
• If you nd a wreck and salvage it, you can auction it o for 10k+ credits (leveled) or
have the chance to salvage a subunit or a stasis unit (Slaves). Release the stasis
pod into space and call space patrol for rescue and reward and +1 REP
• If you do a transport assist mission (from 50%+ engine performance available)
successfully you will get +1 REP and lots of money if you have free cargo space to

Appendix - Combat

Combat Tips and Tricks

• You have unlimited moves, but every attack costs Action Points (AP). When your
AP are 0, you are immobile until all enemies have taken turns attacking, so plan
well.
• Always recommended(!): With 1 Turn left hide behind a rock and end Turn(T)
• Level 1 or Level 2 Mobs: Fire until you have only 1 Action Point (AP) left. Hide.
Rinse and repeat
• Level 3 Mobs with Seekers: Do not chase those mobs around the map, they will
swarm you with seekers and you’ll die. Nuke all but one in the rst round with high
end torpedoes. The last one can be defeated with conventional tactics.
• Level 4 Mobs (Krell Guards, Precursor Guardian)
If you encounter more than one nuke one in the rst round with BFT and hide from
the second. Repeat. If they get LOS on you during their turn you’re as good as
done. Get 5-6 AP by upgrading your MK2 engine with dynamics Modules or you’ll
have no chance
• Swarms (Level 2) open space encounter: Little to no cover. Nuke as many as you
can in rst round with torpedos and then slug it out.
• Match your gear to the level of your mission or you will most likely die

Hull Plating
• The System maintenance menu in Engineering allows to add hull plates to the ship
• If the shields are gone, hull plates allow to absorb a hit
• If a hull hit is calculated, a side of the ship is randomly chosen and the a plate slot
is randomly chosen
• If there is a plate equipped in there, the hull hit damage is reduced by the plates
ablation potential, the rest goes to hull damage
• Hull plates are used up on hit, so repair empty slots from time to time

Crew members can bet assigned di erent Jobs in the morning depending on skills and
character progress. Jobs are checked for execution every hour. Depending on the Job, a
report on job results may show at 18:00.

higher
Pods will be restocked up to 5 each.

Nimhe Craft Shells Nimhe will craft Shells with a random grade at a cost of certain Bot Crates
from Cargo

Crafting shells increases Nimhe's TEC skill by 0.3 per day. The game will

Upgrade Bot Nimhe will upgrade 3 identical Bot Parts from Lab Storage to a higher
Parts grade.
• If her TEC skill is < 15, she will upgrade to the next higher grade.
• If her TEC skill is 15-20, she will upgrade at least to Advanced,
• Ff her TEC skill is 20 or higher, she will upgrade to Military Grade.
Upgrading parts increases Nimhe's TEC skill by 0.3 per day

Procure Bot Nimhe will buy normal Bot Crates (5 max) for 15,000Cr each if your funds
Parts are above 80,000 Cr.

Vee Space Survey • Vee will check Space (Iltari system) for Space Oddities and might
nd one with a likelihood of 50%. Vee will report any ndings,
Space Oddities will be marked on your map for exploration for that
same day.
• Once her TEC is 40, Vee can nd Underverse Rifts (NX010 System)

Khelara Loadout Khelara will reload one Torpedo from Cargo every three turns during
combat.
Torpedos are selected by priority of value

Repair Ship • Khelara will repair all ship damages (sparks..) starting at 9:00
