For standard commercial use the price is $25 (for indies / small business - up to
10 users / 1 Million turnover)

For unlimited users / uncapped turnover the price is $100 (for large companies)

For unlimited user created content / server embedding / machine installation the
price is $250 (for situations where many end users create their own custom content
that can be sold)
