PM01 Workcenter
Prerequisites
1. New cost center and associated tariffs are created
2. location codes are created
Procedure
Create or copy the needed workcenter. They will exist parallel to the existing work center.

PM03 Equipment
Prerequisites
1. Customizing is completed
2. New cost center are created
3. New Workcenter are created
4. Equipment are dismantled
Procedure
1. Export a list with EQ master data, Some master data must be reassigned after the reorganization.
2. Export a list with the currently set system status. System status such as INAC (1) and DLFL (2) must be reset
3. Export a list with the installed equipment. The equipment must be removed before the transfer and reinstalled
4. Check the data origin settings. If inheritance takes place from the superior object, this may be set to “individual
5. Move the equipment to the new (3) plant using the “Change maintenance plant” function

(3) Batch Input EQ MOVE to NEW PLANT This session is used to move the specified Equi to the new plant. At the
(4a) Batch Input EQ install without data transfer this session will install the Equi into the FL without data transfer
(4b) Batch Input EQ install with data transfer this session will install the Equi into the FL with data transfer from the
PM05 Maintenance Task List
Prerequisites
1. Customizing is completed

5. Materials and services which is used in task list have been created for the new plant

Procedure for General Task List
1. Extract a list with the assignments of the task list to the maintenance items using transaction IP18. This need to

1. Extract a list with the assignments of the task list to the maintenance items using transaction IP18. This need to
be mapped later to the new created task lists. The new task list will have a new internal number

1. Change plant code
2. Change the workcenter and plant of work center

4. Change the sort field of the maintenance plan
5. Disconnect the link to the task list
