Data Procurement Process

1) Please choose the station from the link.

2) Please confirm your requirement and fill up data request form with requied details.
3) Please be present at Climate Date and Network Section, Department of Hydrology and
Meteorology, Babarmahal, Kathmandu (4th Floor) with data request form and required
documents as indicated in no. 4.
or
send your data request to metdatadhm@gmail.com along with completed data request form
and required documents, as indicated in no. 4.
4) You have to submit copy of required documents along with data request form as

a. For personnel: Brief project proposal

b. For Students: Recommendation letter from Studying instiutation and brief project

proposal
c. For Organization: Official request letter and Brief project proposal

5) The data process will not proceed in case of incomplete data request form and missing

required douments.

6) The data cost will be calucated and provide to users once completed application process. User

can now pay the data cost.

7) Users reside in Nepal can pay the data cost from the following two methods,

A) Online:

 For PAN Users: Data cost can be paid by , and through

Nepal government revenue portal (https://revenue.fcgo.gov.np). (Please check the

online payment procedure for PAN Users for the details)


 For Non PAN Users: Data cost can be paid by online using the Nepal government

revenue portal (https://rajaswa.fcgo.gov.np/#/auth/login) through .

B) Offline:

 Users can pay data cost (Up to 5000/- only) directly from the Account Section of

Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Babarmahal, Kathmandu (8th Floor)

 User can deposit data cost in the following bank account,
