Dear Parent,

Please note the timetable for Term 2 assessment.

Kindly note down the following pointers:

1. School timings: 8:20 am to 12:00 pm

2. The school buses will ply for students’ opted for the school bus facility.
3. Self-pick up and drop children to be in school by 8:30 am and please arrange pick up
for your ward at 12:00 pm
4. Breakfast will be provided for cafeteria students.
5. Ensure that your ward is present for all exam days as mentioned in the timetable.
6. Retake requests for any subject will not be entertained.
7. Kindly make sure to bring all the stationary for writing/drawing the exam paper.
8. Students should bring books for the next day's exam revision.
9. Students will be given the exact IGCSE board exam conditions in the 9th grade Term-2
assessment and they have to carry the stationery, water bottle as per CIE rules.
Sharing or borrowing of stationery will not be permitted on exam day.
10. Students will be coming to school from 8:20 am to 12:00 pm on all exam days as per
subjects selected and early relieving requests will not be accepted.
11. Report card will be given to the parents and PTM will be conducted in the last
week of April. Attendance is mandatory for all students and parents.
12. Parent orientation schedule will be shared shortly. Parents are requested to attend
the new grade orientation without fail.

**The Eid holiday and exam on 31/03/2025 can be rescheduled based on the
sighting of the moon.
