Symptom
There are no insurance fields in asset master data.

Reproducing the Issue


Execute transaction AS03

Cause
Before S/4HANA, there were two ways to map insurable values in the system:
Option 1: Defining specific information for insurance in the asset master record
Option 2: Managing insurance values in a dedicated depreciation area
In SAP S/4HANA only the second option is supported. The Customizing activities for the first option are no longer
available. Special reports for reporting insurance values are no longer necessary.

Resolution
The following procedure may be considered depending on product and product version:
Still on ERP: create new depreciation area with RAFABNEW and then migrate it.
On S/4 with Release smaller than S/4 1809 (RAFAB_COPY_AREA is not yet available):
a) create new depreciation area, for new assets the dep. area is created
b) for existing ("old") assets the new area is not created, instead create new assets and transfer the "old" assets to the
new assets which contain the new dep. area for insurance values
On S/4 from Release 1809: the new depreciation area can be created using RAFAB_COPY_AREA
After having a depreciation area for the Insurance, add Index to reflect Insurance values
