Nationality & Domicile

Passenger travelling to destination where guest is holding a local residency; Booking should be searched with Country of
Residence as Nationality in order to avail the valid rates. (i.e. Indian National holding UAE Residence Permit should select
Emirati as nationality for search). In case of wrong residency or nationality selected by user at the time of booking; the
supplement charges may be applicable and need to be paid directly to the hotel by guest on check in/check out.
Additional supplement charges may be charged by the Hotel (which the Guest have to pay directly at the hotel) If the
lead guest Nationality is different than the Nationality of the other accompanied guests. For more details you can reach

Booking payable as per reservation details.Please collect all extras directly from clients prior to departure.All vouchers
issued are on the condition that all arrangements operated by person or bodies are made as agents only and that they
shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury, delay or inconvenience caused to passengers as a result of any
such arrangements. We will not accept any responsibility for additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air,
road, rail, sea or indeed any other causes, all such expenses will have to be borne by passengers.

Rate Notes: Hotel Tariff Notes: Maximum occupancies: 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults. No show and early check-out
subject to 100% charge. 2 bedroom amtel suite is the connecting between 1 bedroom amtel suite and standard room. 2
bedroom suite tower is the connecting between privilege suite room and privilege tower wing room. Check-in & Check-
out Policy: • Check-in time is 14.00 hrs • Checloput time is 12.00 hrs. • Early check-in before 10.00 hrs. will be charged
at 100% of room rate (Including Breakfast) • Early check-in after 10.00 hrs. - 12.00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of room
rate. • Late check-out after 14.00 hrs. till 18.00 hrs will be charged at 50% of room rate and full day charge thereafter
Bookings including children will be based on sharing parents bedding and no separate bed for children is provided unless
otherwise statedCancellation policy is based on Dubai time.In case your booking is on bed & breakfast basis please note
that breakfast is only for 2 pax, additional pax/child will need to pay directly to the hotel. No extra bed will also be
provided.Rates include all government issued taxes. If applicable a resort fee, urban fee, facility fee, or service charge
(plus applicable sales tax) is payable to the hotel upon arrival. For all hotels in the Americas the
service/resort/mandatory charges will be collected by the hotel upon check in. If breakfast is included in the rate, the
breakfast is included for up to 2 adults, an extra charge will apply for any additional adults. Child breakfast rates vary
upon the hotel and may be an additional cost. Depending on the hotel’s policy, extra charge for children’s stay and
breakfast is applicable and payable at the hotel directly. Room packages including meals may not include children’s
meal charges. Bookings including children will also be based on the adults occupancy. Bedding must be shared or no
additional bedding specifically for children unless otherwise stated.
