List of Candidates Shortlisted for Personal Interview, Group Discussion & Psychometric Assessment for
the post of Trainee Officer (Law) for Recruitment Notification No. NH/Rectt/05/2023-24
1.) The list of candidates listed below are provisionally shortlisted for further selection process of
Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Psychometric Assessment for Recruitment
Notification No. NH/Rectt/05/2023-24 based on CLAT (PG)-2024 score as per Annexure-A
(attached).
2.) The Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Psychometric Assessment is expected to start in
Mar-2025. However, the exact schedule shall be finalized and communicated to those
candidates who have submitted their online consent for which the last date is 24/02/2025.
3.) All the above shortlisted candidates will have to submit the ONLINE CONSENT to appear in for
further selection process i.e, Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Psychometric
Assessment which is expected to start in Mar-2025. The exact schedule shall be finalized and
communicated in the Interview Letter to the candidates through email.
4.) In case of NON-SUBMISSION of ONLINE CONSENT or NON-APPEARANCE in the Personal
Interview, Group Discussion and Psychometric Assessment process, the candidature against the
recruitment notification No.NH/Rectt./05/2023-24 will be treated as CANCELLED as per Clause
(d) under the heading Selection Process of the said recruitment notification.
5.) The Call Letter for further selection process i.e, Personal Interview, Group Discussion and
Psychometric Assessment will only be sent to the registered Email Id of the candidates who will
submit the consent form to appear in further selection process.
6.) The list of provisional shortlisted candidates for Personal Interview, Group Discussion and
Psychometric Assessment along with the details of their date/time for Personal Interview,
Group Discussion and Psychomteric Assessment will be mentioned in the Call letter for
Interview.
7.) If at any stage of the recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, it is detected
that information provided by the candidate is incorrect/incomplete/false or is not in conformity
with the eligibility criteria as prescribed in the relevant Advertisement, or if it is found that
he/she has concealed/distorted any material information, his/her candidature/appointment
will be cancelled without assigning any reason thereof.
8.) The shortlisting has been done on the basis of CLAT (PG)-2024 score.
9.) In case the cutoff marks is same for two or more candidates, then all of them with same cut off
score have been called for further selection process.
10.) The list of documents to be produced in original at the time of Personal Interview, Group
Discussion and Psychometric Assessment shall be mentioned in the Call Letter for Interview.

11.) Candidates employed with Government Departments / PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies have to
produce NOC in orginal at the time of Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Psychometric
Assessment process. Failure to produce NOC will lead to CANCELLATION of candidature and the
candidate will not be allowed to participate in further selection process i.e, Personal Interview,
Group Discussion and Psychometric Assessment.
12.) NHPC shall not be responsible, if the information/intimations do not reach candidates in case of
change in the email address or technical fault or otherwise beyond the control of NHPC.
Candidates are, therefore, advised to visit NHPC website (Recruitment Notices under Careers
section) regularly for important and latest updates.
13.) While every care has been taken in preparing the list of provisionally shortlisted candidates,
NHPC reserves its right to rectify any fact-based inadvertent error or typographical mistake.
14.) Queries, if any, related to above Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Psychometric
Assessment, should be addressed to e-mail recttcell2010@nhpc.nic.in by 22/02/2025.
15.) The cut off marks for calling up the candidates for Personal Interview, Group Discussion and
Psychometric Assessment process categorywise is as under:
